Helpful back up

Personal guidance, advice and support both before sale, during and after was exceptional - you cannot beat the human touch!

We were unsure which Stove to purchase and after talking to Julian we cancelled our first order and replaced it with a really good Salt Rock Stove that is wonderful to use.
Many thanks guys

Ordered on Monday and delivered the next day. Great value and easily installed. Absolutely delighted with my stove. Thank you all.

Always really helpful and knowledgeable. This is my second stove from them. If I ever want a third....This is where I'll buy it from!

Made everything simple to understand and to choose. Advice over the phone at all stages was excellent.

Great communication. Free good quality advice. Well packaged delivery.

Excellent service. Kept informed all of the way even on delivery day. Stove was easy to set up and works a treat. Very economical with the fuel we have used so far. As advised there was quite a pungent smell when it was lit first time and this disappeared some time after we lit it a second time. Glad we also bought the shield as we are in a narrow boat, and it gives us some piece of mind, even though we are always vigilant when using the stove. Thank you.

SFW engaged the customer, were happy to offer advice.
We were happy with the deal, prompt service for the initial order and with the resolving of post delivery issues.

Product arrived within the timeframe stated. The only issue was that the final leg of delivery required us picking up the product from the depot as no vehicle was available to deliver on a narrow country lane.

Cannot fault this company. We contacted them both before and after purchase - every time they were really responsive and helpful. That is a rarity with companies these days so it is so refreshing to come across one with good old fashioned values. They are so easy to get hold of someone to speak to. Things like that really go a long way and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Equally as happy with the products received. Satisfied customer all round.

Competitive prices, speedy delivery and great service. Would highly recommend.

I was welcomed straight away and found exactly what I wanted. The process didn’t take long. Then it was collected by the installer ready for fitting. The only issue was finding the place!

Amazing service. The Salamander Hobbit is now all fitted and working
Great delivery and price

Best price we could find for our stove, ordered Friday evening & delivered on Tuesday. We rang to pass our details to courier as we can be hard to find, a very helpful human answered - no auto switchboard!! Stove unboxed for fitting yesterday & in perfect condition - great value & service from SFW.

First off I found the prices very competitive. I knew it was just one phone call delivery on Day expected the driver bought my stove to my back door which was packaged very well. certainly use again.
