After sales service is a joke
The after sales is an absolute joke. I bought a car, first day I was cleaning mould from the interior, the paint work feels like sand paper, needing a proffesional clean. It had to go back the next day as a button didn't work. The reversing camera was faulty, the rear bumper loose. They had it back in. Didn't fix anything just told me they ordered parts. I dropped the car back the following Friday, today is Monday, still no car, and I have been informed it might be ready Wednesday. No one contacts to discuss, they just assume it's ok. On the Saturday, I asked if I could swap the car, and was advised that it would cost me about 3k. Even though it was day 30, hence possibly still returnable. As it stands, I took possession of the car 32 days ago, but it has spent 7 back at vauxhall. Dan has been the only member of staff to try and speak to me, so, I would like to thank him.
Just as an update, I would like to thank Simon and Andy, once management for involved, things got booked in and looked at.
The rear bumper is still loose, but better than it was, and all other issues have been rectified. Due to the interaction I have increased the star rating from 1 to 3.
