We had a nightmarish move from France to UK, but the staff at Mansfield Store First were the shining light for us. Providing help over and above, they solved several of the problems caused by others, on the way over. Particularly Gerome, but also all staff here are professional and committed to making happy customers.

Thank you for such a wonderful review! We’re so pleased our Mansfield team could be a helping hand during what sounds like an incredibly stressful move from France to the UK. It’s fantastic to hear they went above and beyond to help resolve some of the issues you faced along the way. We’ll make sure your kind words are passed on to Jerome and the whole team. Thank you for choosing Store First, and we wish you all the best settling into the UK!

Fantastic customer service. Dropped in by chance looking for storage whilst moving house. They showed us the size of the units and walked us through entry / exit / emergency procedures. As there were no large units left they found me two smaller ones together so moving our stuff in was no trouble. Would highly recommend.
