Think twice, if product is delivered faulty then you have to pay to return it, you then have to pay to have it re-delivered to you, disgusting service!

Little ones are useless, middle sized ones even worse, but this beast is huge! Well made and strong. The contra rotating main props give it stability and a small wing span. It just looks great in amongt all the tiddlers.

Ordered a car from a grouping deal and when I went to check out an extra car was added to my order. I didn't mind cause I though it would be easy to retire the product when I received it. I was wrong. I sent it off in the post with the address and a section saying my reason of return on the box. I waited over a month until I finally decided to contact them a bout the situation and after a few weeks of communication with sto they ended up saying they haven't received the product and that I cannot get my refund. I have lost £50 and the car!

I bought a remote control car from STO and owing to the manufacturer's packaging (no fault of STO Racing Products), the transmitter was broken. I got in touch with STO and they dispatched a new one for me without any quibbles.

Very happy with the product and the service I recieved - buy with confidence.

Great service, item and delivery . Order a 4 channel helicopter from this company and simply can't fault them. Returned a week later for my second purchase. and ill be back. thanks guys.

Only downside i was unable to find any spare parts for the Helicopters on there website.

Nothing bad to say at all, I did email STO to get the tracking number as it was getting late in the day and I needed to go out, but within a few minutes I had a reply and was able to contact the courier to get an eta. Brilliant service thanks.

A helicopter bought for a Christmas present was used gently, for half an hour in a carpeted room with 8 foot ceiling, before the weight sheared off. Continued use with an improvised weight resulted in the tail breaking within an hour, now it is unuseable and StoRacing are not interested. The helicopter packaging quoted on the website states "Virtually unbustable...roll it, stack it, kick it or slap it, you won't believe how tough it is." If it was even near that tough, they would be surprised to have a complaint and be interested in rectifying the problem.
Storacing have failed to fulfill their obligations under the Sale of Goods Act, and rely upon the fact that it is so expensive to bring about court action that people will not bother. Had I bought this closer to Christmas I would have ensured visa refunded the money and took up the case; unfortunately was organised for Christmas too early.

Following my review I received an email from the company stating that they do comply with the Sale of Goods Act and respect customer statutory rights, however evidence of service I received shows that they do not. Court action would cost more than the helicopter and this is the only reason the company get away with this.

These Guys really helped me out when i had a probem, Goods were dispatched promtley and i live my nitro car, at first i couldnt start it but that was user error, a quick phone call to brett and all was good

Rapid delivery of goods (Air swimmer clown fish). There was a problem with the remote control which I emailed about and received a quick response followed by a replacement shortly afterwards. Very pleased with service and product has caused much amusement in my pub and bunkhouse(Braich Goch Bunkhouse & Inn, Corris)! Am ordering the shark now!

Good company to deal with very fast delivery, did not think i would be sailing for a while but wow it is here this morning at 9.15am Friday ordered this boat on Wednesday afternoon. Maiden voyage on Saturday wind permitting.

I was impressed by the speed of handling the order, 3 days in all to the north of Scotland and at good carriage costs. There are many companies who charge a lot extra for delivery to North Scotland but not this one, I have to say I was very happy with the transaction and the good price of the wagons, I will definitely deal again here. I bought an rc buggy but after 2 outings it became faulty. It was kept in perfect condition as described by the manual. I sent a number of emails and phone calls, but eventually got a reply. They basically told me to fix the buggy myself. Then the emails stopped. (If i tamper with the buggy myself the gaurentee would be void). So there returns policy is'nt worth the paper you print it on. I am currently seeking trading standards procedure on the matter. For that reason... i urge no one to buy any product from this company.

I ordered a RC Boat for sons birthday, it developed a fault after only a couple of times. Have e mailed the company twice with regards to returning and they cannot be botthered to reply back. My advice if you have something faulty dispute it with your card company quick as these people dont seem to want to know about any problems.
