if I could give zero stars I would. The colours are nice but the product lasts for about 5 minutes. I've bought lots of brands over the years and nothing has been as much of a rip off as stila. They put the absolute bare minimum in their products - especially their eyeliners and lip liners which also regularly break rendering them useless. I will NEVER buy their products again.

I’ve mistakenly have my delivery address wrong and the customer service team was so helpful in assisting me. It was a great customer service experience. Thank you.

Love the convertible blush, my go to since I was 18 and better staying power than other brands.

Delivery was ok.

Order placed - delivery returned to Stila by courier after attempting delivery once, emailed them multiple times over several weeks - zero response, order still not received, no way to get my money back or order it seems!! Absolutely the worst customer service ever - do not buy from stila!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I contacted them several times to return a product I’m allergic too , with no response. Their customer service number tells you to use email/ emailed multiple times

Their customer service is horrific. I accidentally placed an order with an incorrect mailing address. I noticed it right after I placed it and tried to reach out to the company. You cannot get a live person on the phone nor do they respond to emails in a timely fashion. It has been 3 days since I emailed them IMMEDIATELY about the error and no one has reached out to me. I will never order from them again.

Their eye make up is evil. If you have sensitive eyes to any degree do not buy this. This and Charlotte Tilbury. I could have itched my eyes out. Buy Clinique.

I purchased 3 of the eyeshadow wands. All 3 of the applicators broke off on initial use. I have emailed Stila twice and messaged them on Instagram. I have had no reply from Stila.

This stay the day liquid eyeliner is a joke! Very dry to apply, can wipe it off with my finger… and then it flakes all down your face! I’ve honestly had better from the £1 shop
What a waste of money

Stila products are excellent. I give them 5 stars. Customer service is slow to respond and not at all helpful. I will not take a chance on another purchase because of it. Customer service receives a rating of 1.

The colours they have are lovely but the products last for only a few uses which given they are extremely expensive makes them a total rip off. Because I saw a colour I really liked I decided - against my better judgement - to give them another go but their UK website has a glitch and I can't purchase so after 4 days of endlessly messaging customer service I have given up. Not sure what is going on but they are a shambles and their products - while lovely - are ludicrously over priced. Will go elsewhere.

11/06/23,,such a poor pathetic company.send me poor quality lipgloss,unopened,not sealed.colour is totaly different from describtion.i send them proof,now they askinf me to send it back on my own expenses.even i paid already next day service charges but order came late.such a cheater they are.

Stay All Day Eye Liner does NOT stay all day! At £32 per ml this is no better and probably worse than cheaper eye liners which cost £1.70 per ml. At a volume of 0.5 ml, costing £16, it is already dry after only a few days.

My eyeshadow came in time for my party but the little wand was missing. I contacted customer service and they asked for me to send pix and then refunded me! The product was bad so I took one star off but the service was great!

Placed an order at Easter, When I received the item the box was crushed and badly damaged. I attempted to contact customer service three times and no response, Disgusting. I will not be ordering from them again

Wasn’t happy with the colour of a lipstick (nothing like the colour on website OR the colour on the box it came in). Emailed customer service twice and no response. Poor. Won’t order again, which is a shame as their products look really nice.

I am a huge fan of Stila cosmetics. First, I love their packaging. It looks extremely eye-catching and it seems very luxe. I also love the formulas of their products. Their lingerie primer is to die for, and their liquid eyeshadows are as smooth as silk without any creasing whatsoever with or without an eye primer. I will also say I adore their customer service, as well. My last large order contained a liquid eyeshadow that came apart when I tried to open it. Customer service was apologetic, friendly, and gracious. They issued me a refund even though I had been going through such hard times (family issues), I was unable to follow up with them. Originally, I sent them an email, and I left them a message explaining the problem, they got back to me, I sent them pictures, and then I forgot all about them. I noticed I had a refund on my bank account when I was going over my statements one day, and I was shocked. They issued the refund without me having to even ask for it. I would’ve much rather had a replacement, but I thought it was so cool they chose to refund me and make me whole since I did not respond back to them. I am forever grateful for this. It seems like something quite small, but this proves this is a company you can definitely trust, and that’s what this site is all about isn’t it? Thank you Stila! You are a reputable, trustworthy, and honest company who makes amazing products for all skin tones!

Got the stay all day lipstick. Does not stay all day and useless with a face mask. Will got back to the brand I've used before.

My package was left on my porch and consequently stolen (I assume). Told Stila about this, they replied quickly and then resent the products without me having to fight tooth and nail. And the products are great. Quality products and quality customer service.
