Delivery took longer than expected, but heels are amazing

I had an order for next day delivery that they never sent out, Evri never recieved the order nor did I ever receive the delivery confirmation even tho I paid for this additional service, they also have no efficient way to contact help so there's no way to deal with this issue

Hate the fact that this brand uses Evri for deliveries! It also doesn't help that they outsource their customer service to India, as the agents who you communicate with there haven't got a clue about basic delivery standards here in the UK and as a result fob you off with nonsense! They seem to think if a courier delivers to a block of flats, they do not have to come to the customer's front door and that it's ok for them to just leave the parcel in an unsafe communal area where anyone can access it! Evri themselves do not claim this to be normal delivery procedure but this guy at Steve Madden called Sumeet Bhosale (on live chat and emails) seems to think this delivery practice is perfectly fine. It can't be difficult at all to get a job working for Steve Madden as it seems they will hire anyone, clearly!
Bottom line, the parcel was delivered to a communal area, not my front door and I don't have it. These people now have my money and I want it back!

Got my shoes in a short space of time, whichk was good. I ordered them a little bigger than the size I usually take, and this was a good idea. They were a perfect fit (I'm a UK size 8 but ordered a size 9). I'd suggest ordering a size up for UK sizes.
Additionally, somehow, one pair of boots were ordered twice. The return process is simple & free. This would have been hassle free if Evri had picked them up when they said they would. Nevertheless, the overall experience was good.

Don't buy from Steve Madden because they ship through Evri, and neither company is responsible for the delivery if something goes wrong. My package was lost, and Evri says I need to contact the sender, but the sender (Steve Madden) says I need to contact Evri because it's their fault. I’m lost my £92 now and no one response for that.

Unfortunately have not received my order yet. Evri said they delivered my parcel at 12.13pm left in a safe place with photo evidence but this was in a recycling bin on the public pavement in front on my driveway and so when I arrived home at 6.00pm there was no parcel. Asked neighbours and checked all area but no parcel. Please advise. Thank you

Bought the Tabi flats and they fit perfectly and look so good on. They are my favourite new purchase. Will order in another colour as I love them so much.

I ordered my wedding shoes which were delivered by Evri and apparently signed for at my address. The photo provided was of a completely different house which I do not recognise and customer service told me their deliver standards had been followed and the parcel was delivered to me. I have provided ring doorbell footage of the Evri driver walking off with my package along with evidence that the photo provided doesn’t match my door or inside my home and customer service have effectively told me tough luck. I explained their response was unhelpful and in return was told if I continued to use inappropriate language the chat would be closed, despite me being polite in every interaction. I’m now £140 down with no wedding shoes and would not recommend purchasing from here. Customer service is awful!

Awful awful awful.
I ordered some shoes which have never been delivered. The tracking number on Evri isn’t recognised so I haven’t been able to track my order or receive any delivery updates from Evri. SM are claiming my shoes have been delivered. They haven’t. Their customer service is rude and dismissive and they have refused to help further. I’m now over £100 out of pocket and I have just gone around in circles with customer service who have now closed the case!

Trainers are fab. and as expected. No issues so didn’t need to contact customer service.

Took about a week to arrive which is not quick if you need for an occasion but did get emails.

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a pair of shoes, but the package never arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times and even requested an address change, but nothing was done.

The lack of communication and support is unacceptable, and I was also refused a refund. I expected much better service.

I would not recommend based on this experience.

The return process was very easy and completely hassle-free. Based on my experience, you can confidently order from this company—if you’re happy with the item, keep it and enjoy it; if not, returning it is straightforward as long as it’s within the policy.

I have just received my second pair of shoes on Steve Madden. They arrive quickly and they fit well. They’re always very comfortable and the quality is good. In fact, I have several pairs of Louboutin shoes, but order Steve Madden because they look good and are far more comfortable.

I purchased a pair white lace trainers in the sale. They look great & great price, so this prompted me to purchase a different pair of sale trainers. However, the after care was pretty shoddy. I returned my item, kept my receipts ( glad I did because they pretended that the item wasn't returned) it took me 4 emails if not more to chase my refund. I only received it last week from a purchase made 02 Feb 26. Shocking company. I will never buy from them again.

Customer Service is a disgrace. Do not help there Customer with a delivery that has been incorectly delivered and zero notification! No understanding, no help, their delivery contract is with EVRI and should protect the consumer but no !!!
Then close the enquiry that is not satisfactory completed and ask for customer service feedback, also have the cheek to send a review like this asking am I happy with my purchase.
Currently out of pocket without my purchase through no fault of my own.
