Previous 11 years old Stelrad Compact…
Previous 11 years old Stelrad Compact radiator developed leak due to corrosion. As the guarantee ran out, I had to purchase a replacement at a cost plus installation cost. The order for the new Stelrad Compact radiator was expedited efficiently, however it costs me.
Service from Stelrad was efficient.

Good quality radiators, delivery service, great customer support.
I've bought a number of new, quite large and heavy Stelrad radiators for a large refurbishment, and was pleased to see them promptly delivered where they had to be, inside the property - great delivery company.
As it sometimes happens, 2 of them were the wrong size - I had them returned (unopened) and refunded with no issues, in no time. If you ever need to do this, make sure they're unopened and within the return/refund window.
Would definitely recommend.

Great radiators, excellent delivery team. One problem though. They took absolutely no notice of my preferred delivery date. They just sent them as soon as they wanted to. Not helpful.

The delivery times are usually between 08:00 and 18:00 although they will deliver later if required or at peak times etc. I have asked AIT to investigate what has happened on this occasion. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Nothing was too much trouble dealing with a damaged side panel. The replacement panel sent out overnight and recieved the following morning.Would highly recommend.

We have just purchased what I thought…
We have just purchased what I thought was a Stelrad radiator manufacture in the UK. Despite ordering on the Stelrad website I have subsequently found that what I have bought was not manufactured in the UK. Whilst the quality of the product is very good I feel that I have been mislead int thinking I was supporting British manufaturers.

Great customer service, there was an issue with the radiator being damaged, so I emailed on the Monday and by the Wednesday it had been replaced and the damaged one had been collected. Very quick and easy process.
