Firstly it's the quality of the Hattersley cast iron radiators we ordered, which are superb, they were packaged really well, and delivered on the agreed day. The little thoughtful touches like a little pot of touch up paint for any small chips caused by the fitting process. All in all really pleased with how they look since British Gas fitted them for us. First radiator had to be returned as damaged but a replacement was despatched the following day.
