Rather silly I know but I threw these away when they were attached to the radiator then once fitted I realised my error too late to retrieve! Nevertheless happy to see they offer replacement spares for their radiators. Arrived quickly and now the radiator looks as it should!

Delivery was a few days because of it being the weekend,we also live fairly local to the company so would have been good to just go and get them, but we weren’t in a hurry.

Tricky to install but I sense that’s the point - don’t want it to pop off. OK when I got the knack and gave it a bit of welly

To obtain a replacement the cost of the p&p is downright unfair.

Hello Joseph,
Thank you for your review and your custom, we have tried various options to reduce the delivery in the past but unfortunately none were as reliable so it's been set to cover the cost of administration, postage and packaging to make sure it arrives safely.
Kind regards
Lexi
