Great level of service.

I bought M8 stainless rope hooks for a trailer rebuild. On arrival I couldn't find nuts to fit (M8X1.5 thread). I rang Steel Gear and they said nuts were included in the pack and were surprised I hadn't received them but offered to send a replacement pack. I didn't need them as i found that the original pack had fallen from the parcel on unpacking. Will be using Steel Gear again.

My order arrived very quickly and the quality of items (eye bolts and other attachments) appears very good. Would definitely use this company again.
