We took possesion of our new home in October 2022, delayed by 3weeks.
Ours arrived with a fridge/freezer not working when it left the factory, extractor light doesn’t work waiting on replacement.
Hob was wired wrong and started to burn the worktop underneath.
Electrician who replaced it said it we were lucky it just smouldered could easily have caught fire!!
It wasn’t wired by a proper technician that’s for sure😡
Outside around window frames paint is chipped, gloss paint on bathroom floor, see through glass in bathroom which has now been changed over.
Kitchen unit doors all up and down, some open the wrong way!
Back of island doesn’t match the sides or doors.
If we move parks it won’t be a stately Albion again.☹️
Middle of lounge carpet is a different texture to the rest of it!

Spoke to a most rude man and didnt get anywhere.

Made wrong don’t last long!!!!!!
Made cheap and nasty

Moved into S.A 12 months ago and had nothing but problems ...water leak under kitchen floor...which made floorboards bow and buckle ...wooden door surrounds between kitchen and utility mouldy and peeling of paint ...patio doors will not lock shut ...major water leak undermain floor onto concrete base we are in 3cm water whicj is now seeping thro brickwork etc onto outside patio and going green with slime and mould ...after may phone calls and emails its a complete waste of time...its excuse after excuse all the time ...always promise yo return calls or emails ...never have done .This companys customer support is a complete disgrace you will not get any help or support ...very very arrogant male staff who like the sounds of their own voice ...SA need to be looked into regarding the terms and conditions of which they advertise ....NO HELP ..NO FEED BACK ...LIARS ....DO NOT EVRN THINK ABOUT BUYING STATELY ALBION ...HEAVEN HELP US ..

This company is a complete shambles.
Despite a complaint in 2020, of faults to the exterior of my home which was built in 2014 and sited in Gosfield Lake Park in 2015, we are still waiting for remedial work to be done.
SA have visited the home at least twice, alongside the director of Gold Shield Warranty, but the latter stated the repairs were my responsibility and not covered by their warranty. In my opinion, there is obvious collusion to avoid honouring their respective duties.
As I write, we are still waiting for repairs and an entire home repaint as promised by their office in Spring this year.
Unbelievably, they have recently told me that they have ‘lost’ the paperwork from the last inspection and they will need to revisit. Classic delaying tactics. In addition, SA have repeated all the same ineptitude with similar build problems with my immediate neighbour.
SA state that their performance is unprofessional . You couldn’t make it up !!
If I wanted to buy my son a cowboy outfit for Christmas, I would buy him SA.

12 months of hell
After waiting a year for our Stately PH with delay after delay it finally arrived in April this year. On inspection we found the shower in the main bathroom was still leaning up the wall not fitted, in the ensuite as l am registered disabled l asked for a low threshold and a pivot door which was on the specks and plan l got neither, the main island in the kitchen was not what we ordered and doesn't match the rest of the kitchen as did the island we ordered no lights above the island as in the specks, lots of other minor issues of bad workmanship too, We cannot move in and have visited the park manager with our complaints as to who's fault it is that neither Stately nor themselves noticed the specks did not match the plan. Unfortunately on the day of the snagging we were caught on the A12 for 3 hours after an accident so never made it so when we attended at a later date only then was the mistakes pointed out. The park owner who blames Stately for changing the details without informing us and after numerous correspondence from her and ourselves Stately obviously thinking now the park owner has paid them doesn't want to know and has completely ignored all our correspondence. Looks likes the next step is a solicitor but who do we sue Stately for getting it wrong or the park owner who didn't spot the mistake after paying for it in full?

We moved into our Windsor home in August 2021, but very disappointed at the finishing inside. They use lots of mastic, there are marks on the wallpaper in each room, radiator in main bathroom is hanging off, draws in office don't close properly and lots of other issues. SA have been out to visit once, but the person they sent did not finish the errors. Very disappointed in Stately Albion and also the park owners for not keeping in touch with the owners once they have moved into property.

I have a Stately Warwick which I have been living in since 2015 (I live in Spain). I have had numerous problems with door frames that don’t fit properly, laminate that has blown on every kitchen unit and also the wardrobes. The kitchen unit doors were all replaced 3 years ago and in the last 2 weeks I have noticed they are starting to blow again. Stately’s excuse for the laminate blowing was that they used the wrong glue!! They sent new doors to replace the blown wardrobe doors two of which were the wrong size and no holes had been punched for the hinges, also some of the new doors were damaged and had to be thrown away. We had numerous cracked tiles in our main bathroom (both floor and wall) but we recently got the floors retiled. Like many others there excuse is always it’s out of warranty. The 10 year warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on.
When I lived in the UK I had a Tingdene home and I did have a few problems with that but nothing like what I’ve had with this. I would never buy Stately again and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are supposed to have a reputation for being the best!!!
If I had the money I would sell this home and buy one from a different company.

7 years in a Stately Contemporary Park Home. About 12 external wall panels replaced because of rot. All of the panels were under windows. No or minimal sealant had been applied to the window frames when assembled. Recently had the home clad to provide insulation and to stop me “testing” the walls for softness (rot) every day.

All the kitchen cupboards and draws have blown into unsightly bubbles. Now looking to replace the kitchen as it looks a major mess.

All the bedroom draws have blown .. will be replaced in time.

Do not buy Stately. Look around for better quality and workmanship !!

I’m very disappointed with Stately Albion’s after sales service, which is none existent. I’ve had to make many repairs at cost to myself within my Badminton Park Home constructed by Stately Albion in 2018.
If anyone is thinking of buying a Stately Albion Park Home I would suggest read the reviews first as they speak volumes.

we moved in Sept; submitted a list of faults to SA, promised to attend in Jan; (no) then again this month. (no) told me not to bother them.Got your money, no customer service, BUYER BEWARE

No hope of any help fron customer service, nothing covered under warranty, if your thinking of a park home I'd look to Omar !!

Same as all other complaints really. Phone Stateley and they don’t want to know. We have holes in the side of our 5 year old park home. The sales rep called in to see us ( just a coincidence he was in area). Have tried to contact him, guess what, no reply!! Really bad customer service!!

But since its been delivered its bad very bad and after sales are heart breaking
Carnt give us appointment to come back and finish jobs in my parkhome
Lights still hanging down microwave and coffee machine not fitted...half the floor tiles in kitchen not layer...floor tiles in hallway not layer....hole in the lunge carpet....no bathroom blind sent ....no table and chairs jet.... broken window glass panel
Iv not been there jet its what the park owner is trying to sort out
I really don't wish to see it as iv been through enough over the last 11 months
Lucky to be alive though covid and than very bad long covid I really don't need this

Bought this Badminton 6 years ago originally I liked it, but a few years down the line, all the shoddy workmanship, poor fittings & appliances are now appearing. The kitchen unit doors the vinyl wrap is bubbling away. The counter top in the second (unused) bedroom has cracked. I have had to replace the oven & washer dryer. Customer service is non existant, Their stock reply is " sorry it`s out of warrantry ". They won`t even suggest a firm that could repair things. DO NOT BUY A UNIT FROM THEM!

Omg what a pile of rubbish poor workmanship and cheap nasty materials used in all areas kitchen unit doors all facias coming off including bathroom unit doors fixtures and fittings cheap and nasty if stately have been building these for so long how comes they have got it so wrong so many bad reviews i cant see any point in contacting stately as nothing will be done so regret and suffer problems terrible they are a terrible company that do not care about their customers as long as they get their money.

Our badminton home is six months old
Nothing but problems , even external hinges peeling , never again poor workmanship even poorer quality !!!

Sales & their staff are excellent,,beautifully designed homes,,excellent choice of internal finishes,,quality workmanship in all areas...i have worked in construction for 50 years i know good work when i see it.....no problem there....

OMG...Customer care,,more like we dont care!! Has got to rank amongst the worst in the country,, You have 45 days to report any faults or defects after that,, too bad !!! they do not want to know,,staff on the verge of rudeness whilst i was complaining...
BEST ADVICE....Look elsewhere if you want good customer care...

Customer service non existence. They promise everything but do not follow through.
Whole property units all delaminated still waiting nearly 3 years later to get them all replaced. They seem to sub contract out work poor fitters get homeowners wrath.
Would never recommend them to anyone.

Moved in to brand new home in August this year .Had to badger them to come out and fix the list of alterations .Bloke came did some work didn't come back next day due to personal emergency. Had to badger again for someone to come back .We are still waiting for an internal door that was damaged in transit of the home several other things too not right .There was no second bed .Managed to get them to give me some money towards one ,hoping check will arrive .Told coming today had to ring and confirm ,to find out the replacement door was damaged in factory now got to wait again for this and other things eg replacement fridge and dishwasher door .This company need to wake up ! Employ some more staff .Finish what you started . Honour your commitments to home buyers .Causing people stress and ill health disgusting !
