Starrymaps.com Recenzje

I am very happy with my product and the service received. The map is presented perfectly; it is smart, stylish and informative. The customer service has been fantastic. I made a typo on the order and customer services contacted me with the upmost tact and sensitively to ask if a correction was needed. As someone with Dyslexia I really appreciated the extra support to get the product right. Delivery was very quick and it arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition. Can not fault it at all.

Got this for my boyfriend for his bday and he absolutely loved it! Mike was so responsive to any questions and the end product was beautiful!! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a special gift for a special someone!!

Very easy process to design your own Star map, for that special day. You can see each change as you make it. Completely removing the question "What does this mean??". You add text, you see exactly where its going to be and how it will look!

Now, I did run into an issue with the shipper. They LOST MY MAP!

I reached out to Starrymaps support and I had another one printed and shipped, and ON my door step in only a few days.

Truly an amazing response. I'm very thankful for everyone over at StarryMaps. They all came together to make something right, that wasn't even their fault.

Thank you to everyone at StarryMaps!
Mike

I purchased this starry map as a gift, I was worried it was going to be late, which it was… however Mike took all my concerns and promptly fixed them even expedited my order without any issues. I received it and I am absolutely pleased it’s beautiful and so detail oriented! It’s exactly what I envisioned and more… the customer service was absolutely phenomenal and would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality service and quality products!

Purchased a starrymap for Valentines Day and my girlfriend absolutely loved it. I ordered the framed print and the quality is amazing. It arrived sooner than anticipated and is the perfect gift to remember a special time in your life.
Also, huge shout out to Mike! Best customer service, responds immediately and is genuine when communicating.

Just received my framed map and it is gorgeous! Beyond my expectations ... really love it. The customer service from Mike has been spot on, his responses to emails and queries have been fast, friendly and efficient! Would definitely recommend. Great present for someone.

I had an issue with a print not to the fault of starrymaps and it was resolved rather quickly and professionally as I got a replacement within a small amount of time.

It’s a great product and display piece and I’d definitely recommend it as it’s a great gift for any occasion really.

Excellent quality of product and the best customer service. And I say that as a seller myself.

My original order got lost in the mail.
The team at starrymaps. Replaced it and also stayed in touch with me through the process. As it was a gift for the wife their assistance saved the day.

I ordered a print for a xmas gift. Mike was extremely helpful and responsive when the package was missing in action....only for a bit. The best customer service I have had in a long time! My print and frame look amazing! Thanks so much! I would definitely order again!

I was late in ordering this as gift for Christmas. I had a little confusion about processing and shipping time (totally my own fault). I emailed Mike at customer service and he was super professional, prompt, and helpful, and I can honestly say, I've never had a more pleasant experience with a company. AND, even after I had resigned to my print arriving a couple days late, it magically showed up on Christmas Eve!! My girlfriend and her entire family were floored at how beautiful this thing is! Mike, and all the rest of the folks at Starrymaps performed a Christmas miracle and I couldn't be happier!

I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a unique, special and beautiful gift! Amazing customer service! My original print arrived damaged and the company had it resent within a few days and they were great to work with!!

The 12x12 print turned out awesome! Customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced, and the product arrived so quickly. Perfect gift! Will be using starrymaps again in the future for sure.

Not only is this a beautiful product (better design than the competitors in my opinion), but Mike is attentive and delivers excellent customer service.

When my gift encountered shipping problems (outside of Starry Maps' control), Mike was prompt with finding solutions and did everything he could to fix the problem - he even followed up to ensure the replacement was delivered. That's how to run a business in 2021. Thanks Mike!

Mike was so amazing and helpful! He even went over and beyond to make sure my gift to my daughter for her 21st birthday made it in time. It’s simply beautiful and my daughter cried when she opened it as well as everyone else. Thank you so much Mike!

The starry map just arrived of our wedding day 25 years ago and looks amazing and even better in person. The frame and the print is gorgeous. I am so happy I took a chance and now can’t wait to surprise my husband!!

If I could give this 6 stars I would. I ordered the canvas and it was wayyyy more durable than I ever imagined. Very thick and sturdy, the image was clear. Just perfect all around.

This company is amazing. I ordered two different prints for upcoming birthdays. I was kind of on a time crunch which is my own fault but Mike was such a huge help. He answered emails very quickly and professionally. I received the prints before the given date. The quality of the prints are amazing and they are absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to order from this company again. If you’re looking for a unique gift this is the place to go .

I ordered two prints. Both were great quality and arrived promptly! I emailed a question to customer service and received an answer the same day. I would definitely recommend this company!
