I have always had good service from Stalbridge Building Supplies and this time was no exception. Better prices than the two big name builders' merchants near me and with prompt and friendly delivery.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately sending out long length items by courier is very expensive. We charge only what it costs us to send.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. We placed an order for fans for our office, but the order was simply cancelled and refunded with no meaningful explanation. Why list products for sale if you are not actually going to supply them? This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted our time. Very poor experience. Other customers be aware!

Hi. I understand you are frustrated with our decision to cancel same of your order.
Yesterday an order was made by you for all of the 22 pedestal fans we had in stock which we believed to be an excessive amount for one person considering the current nationwide stock shortage.
We have looked further into the purchase and find that your company does in fact sell on pedestal fans and so they would probably be for re sale and not for your own use. You could in fact purchase more fans from your usual suppliers.
We feel we should allow genuine customers to purchase fans from us to use in this current heatwave.
We have honoured two fans which are on their way to you.
We are sorry this has caused you frustration but am sure you can understand our decision.

Many thanks for your feedback :-)
Great service
For a small home project I have placed 2 orders for delivery as the timber length would not fit in my car.
The on line order was easy and delivery extremely fast.
Great service from a local company.

Thanks Philip for all of your valued orders and for taking the time to leave us a review!
Excellent speedy delivery.
I ordered about 50 individual items of timber on the internet for a home project expecting next day delivery at the earliest. I live about 10 miles from their base and was surprised when the whole order arrived just 2 hours later. I am happy with the quality and price and very impressed with the service. The delivery driver was also very helpful, friendly and professional.
