I requested a payout, but couldn't get it because my account needed to be verified. I submitted all documents, but my verification failed and my account put under review. I am on various gambling sites and this never happened to me. All my documents are legit. They are scammers looking for a reason not to pay out.

bad communication, slow response
i requested a payout which was rejected by your company, stating that my account needs to be verified. i forwarded all the documents to them as requested
as from that time not any one has responded to me yet

I have been with Springbok casino for over 6 years on and off. Recently I have experienced a downward service:
PAYOUTS
First they payout a max of R25pw, excluding weekends and public holidays. so you wait 48hours thereafter, it goes under review for another extended time, thereafter you get paid R25kpw maximum cashout
After receiving R25Kpw, they change your max cashout to R3kpw, and extend the date for another week before you can withdraw R3kpw, prolonging your payout to another 6 weeks
during the pending 48hours on withdrawals:
They stop you from doing deposits, now I question the intelligence of this as they loose money by blocking the client from doing deposits hence loosing money
They remove all your free spins, and stop you from claiming any further deposits, including your free R850 you due from taking up their bonuses.
If you win more than your max cashout limit, they remove the balance instead of letting you earn comp points on the funds you cant withdraw
SPRINGBOK CASINO
Call themselves the number 1 casino in South Africa, but they have done little or nothing to create a pleasant experience for clients when it comes to their prolonged, and inconsistent processes. I have not once received a call from the VIP host though considered a VIP. How do VIPs get treated with far less benefits than a non VIP player.
VERY DISAPPOINTING I recently won R30k, they paid R25, and now i wait a full week before i can do a withdrawal, and get paid R3K over 6 weeks.

They do nothing to change improve their processes, they prolong payouts, they block you form deposits, and one get the "Springbok reserves the rights" in their terms and conditions. They do not pay you out if you want to close your account, so you have to wait 6 weeks to be paid out before you can close your account. No efforts to retain the customer.

I generally have a good time playing here but there are a few things that annoy me:
- always having to complete the withdraw funds form and filling out bank head office addresses and swift codes every time…you guys already have the information and I doubt big banks move the HO premises frequently (they’re probably still at the same address they were 10years ago)
- when coupons say “redeemable with any deposit from R25 or Rxx” but your deposit options don’t allow smaller increments. It’s always R87 or R150 min deposit… or some other long winded method. So we can’t deposit R25 using our cards - why? Other online places accept deposits using cc or dc as low as R10!
