Order still hasn't shipped and I didn't get any updates until I wrote them 3 days before it was due to arrive. Now I'm likely to not have the Jerseys for my son's team in time for their team photo or their first match. I'm guessing they won't arrive at all.
First, they claim to be a small US business based in TX but everything is coming and communicated from China. I ordered 2 custom jerseys. 1 large and 1 medium. When they arrived, the printing did not match the proof for coverage area and they were the exact same size. Photos of measurements are available. I reached out to customer service and was told it is normal for them to be the exact same size. They confirmed my measurements were accurate and that the Large and Meium jerseys are identical. Yet they insist that despite being identical they are 2 different sizes and refuse to make it right.
SCAM - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Can I leave zero stars? I needed something for an event on a specific date. I approved a proof immediately upon receipt and the following day got an email saying they didn’t have that product anymore. I didn’t like the alternative and asked for antler mockup. I called to follow up the next (waiting on production team). And the next day. And then the next day (twice). I finally got to somebody and approved another proof with item to be sent next day. I never got a shipping notification so I called them - they didn’t bother to tell me they didn’t have that item either and it was now too to deliver on time.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I purchased a large order for my team, and instead of making sure we had the best product that they could produce, they slap some text on it and send us POOR quality designs that we just wasted money on. Thannks for nothing and for taking our money with no concern for our happiness with your product.
I ordered a custom lacrosse jersey from SportsGearSwag.com and approved a clear proof showing a cropped fit, long sleeves, and specific design elements.
When I received the jersey, the fit was completely different from the approved design. It was not cropped at all, and the overall cut and shape looked nothing like the proof. While some design details were correct, the final product didn’t match what I agreed to.
I contacted customer service with photos and the approved proof, expecting them to fix it. Instead, they told me I’d have to pay an additional $20 just to get the correct version made — even though the mistake was on their side.
I’m disappointed with both the quality control and the customer service. If you’re considering ordering from here, be aware that you might not get what you approved, and you’ll be expected to pay more to correct their error.
