I purchased a Speedo costume from this…
I purchased a Speedo costume from this company. Speedo costumes come up super small. I am a size 12 and eventually bought a size 16! There is nothing on the website to indicate that this is the case, so I have spent £24 in postage receiving the costume and sending it back to get the right size. The customer service is efficient but the company has made no concession for their lack of clarity about the product. My advice go to a shop, this company has no policy in terms of meeting customers half way. If you get the wrong item you will pay more to send it back.

Very poor customer service
Purchased a Shimano 6700 Ultegra cassette which arrived in bits. Contracted SportsGB who told me they had to contact the supplier rather than replace the item or offer a discount for damaged goods. Atrocious customer service and will not be using the company again.
