I was very disappointed with the quality of the prints on the fabric. It had the appearance of a photocopied design on good fabric. I have also found the wallpaper prints to be unacceptable for most patterns.

Have been a customer for years, but quality of print is inferior and I will likely not bother with ordering and paying for swatches that are disappointing.

I ordered over a $1000 dollars in yards of fabric. Have a great selection of patterns, but very misleading on what they shoe and what you get on some of these patterns. First they show a picture at the end of someone holding thr material. Didn't realize , apparently , those pictures were for the fleece blankets. So that is confusing. Now thr square photos they show ,some. Apparently are representing thr entire yard shown and some, which I figured upon delivery, are shown thr pattern per a quarter. Also some patterns are so Huge they don't align properly on the fabric per cuts so there's no way to get use of pictures of designs without them getting cut off in a quarter cut or half cut. Spoke in a chat with customer service amd she ended up saying she will follow up with a manager and let me know.in the middle of oir conversation. I can't use certain yards unless I use the entire yard to get my money's worth. Some came as panel designs and not even in full four quarters. No way can you makr pillows with some of these the way they are printed. For the amount of money they charge I would a yard woth full use of designs not just actual material Also surprised they don't have a system that you have a yard of fabric and then can align and size the prints in the four quarters of the yard to see how it will align a d to make sure you get use of pictures in fabric, evenly. Hopefully I here an acceptable follow up soon. The original chat didn't even let me get all the numbers in that jad issued, one I jave is very blurry. She kept asking for photos, before I csn finish putting in the pieces that jad issues, and then sending me their photos and not understanding what i was saying about alignment etc.

My order was shipped promptly. I had a small issue with delivery which customer service was quick to get back to me, and all was resolved. The fabric is great!

I’ve ordered several fabrics from Spoonflower. The cost may be a bit higher than commercially printed fabric, but sometimes you just need the “right” fabric which isn’t available anywhere else. I’ve purchased Fill-a-Yard fabric as well which allows me to enjoy several designs in a single yard (great for scrap quilting!). I recently experienced a problem with print quality - the first time ever. Spoonflower resolved the issue right away with no fuss. Such good customer service. I love not needing them, but also love that when CS is needed, the interaction is stress-free. I will continue shopping the wonderful options at Spoonflower. There’s something for everyone.

I’m just throughly disgusted with this company. I found the perfect wall paper - ordered - received and hung.. very expensive amount 800 for a bathroom - when we finished - I had 9 rolls left over - they would not let me return - therefore we wallpapered my bathroom - contractor went to put roll up that had flaws - went to next roll - image head was cut off - I sent a note starting problems… they said they would be in touch - ordered 2 more rolls so now almost 1000 in cost .. kept getting email they were checking into it … I sent pics - now they will not issue refund and I just receive the the 2 rolls needed.. overpriced for sure.. in returns it stated pics and issues so that’s what I sent… going to dispute with cc - the odd thing is you can’t talk to a human everything seems to be AI

I had an issue with a sample I received and as a first-time user of Spoonflower I was unsure if it was my design or the printing that was at fault. I received very prompt attention through the support desk which determined it was a print error and should have been picked up before sending. I was offered a refund, a credit or a reprint. Very friendly, helpful and prompt service.

I cannot tell you how much I LOVE THIS FABRIC!!!!! I looked high and low for an axolotyl print but couldn’t find the right one. This is so beautiful, so soft. I feel the Spoonflower fabric (by sandrarosedesigns) and then feel the fabric from a chain retail store and it is night and day! You can feel and see the higher quality of the Spoonflower fabric. I had to pay a bit more than I usually do but higher quality costs more. That’s just life. And I will certainly be back!!!

I love Spoonflower and have purchased many beautiful things like wallpaper for multiple rooms and recently bedding which included a Duvet Cover, Pillow Shams and matching sheets. I will only buy from Spoonflower because they have exceptional, quality products, excellent customer service and fabulous patterns to choose from. Im obsessed!

Here is the thing about Spoon flower.The customer service is awful.Very unhelpful, rude.They make it impossible to return a flawed item, and they make you jump through hoops only to deny you.Order from here if you don't mind keeping faulty products. Y

Ordered three different fabrics. All saying they were linen. All ended up being VERY low quality cotton and unusable for my purposes. Completely misleading and I will never order from here again.

I got Representative Julie L. I have spent thousands on fabric already. the sizes don't always match the pictures online. they show a dress a chair and someone holding up the material. sometimes the print is bigger, sometimes smaller. i placed an order for robot material. but it came as 1 small robot on 80 white material. i requested a refund. on that one $10 piece. Julie Says thats how its supposed to be, but She will be kind enough to offer me a one time refund on that $10 piece, but never again. I found it absurd on both counts. I can never again get a refund for a bad piece of material. its supposed to be that way? Really bad customer service. they really don't care about their customers. the velvet is low quality. the prices are high. One of only 2 companies that charges their resellers for swatches. they could have said, i see why you have a problem with that order. no problem. we messed up and we will fix that one. the swatches are all cut from scraps. they never leave enough room to put holes in them for rings. sometimes way too much. just sloppy , dont care about you, over charge, low quality materials.

Duvet Zippers.... do not get me wrong I think the designs are great the execution on the on the hand not so much!! I have had two duvet covers made and both of them have had bad zippers. The zipper Spoonflower uses for closing the duvet is the invisible zipper and it dies pretty quickly. My second duvet cover I will take to a local place to have the zipper replaced, but I should not have to do that if Spoonflower put in a zipper that could stand up to washing and putting on and off the insert on a regular basis. I will not be getting anything else made from spoonflower. Two fails is enough for me and the cost of getting the zipper replaced on something that was not cheep in the first place makes me not a happy camper. IMO Spoonflower should stand behind the fail zipper and replace it.

Spoonflower.. replace the bad idea of a zipper. Thats what you can do,

I ordered four samples of green plaid tartan wallpaper. You can barely see any green and it looks like it’s black with red stripes going through it.
They totally misrepresent the brightness or the colors on their website and also on Esty. I reached out to them to tell them there was a problem with the color and they pretty much told me I had to deal with it. They don’t allow returns or give a credit.
Terrible company!

I have reached out to your Customerservice team since you responded. I haven’t heard anything back.

They are the only shop online that take your Hex code and give you an exact colour you want. The only downside is they only dye one side of the fabric. I love their service though, they communicate and resolve whatever issue you have in a very polite and professional way. I love them

Very poor printing quality. The samples we ordered were falling apart, blurry, dark, and in no way matched the website's images. Now it is clear why the samples are so costly. Seeing the poor print quality, the selling of samples must be this company's key scam to making money.

I’ve bought several wallpaper and fabric samples from Spoonflower and everyone has been a delight. I have sent bought three rolls of wallpaper and more fabric samples. Their products are amazing. The selection is outstanding. The quality is superb. I highly recommend Spoonflower.

We ordered wallpaper from Spoonflower that was specified by a designer in Canada. The pattern was a plaid style with vertical and horizontal lines. When we went to install the paper we found the print itself was out of square. The horizontal line was slanted therefor making the room look entirely on a slant. We reached out to Spoonflower and they would not offer us anything hat a store credit for unused material when essentially they sold us defective goods.

If you have any doubts of dealing with this company, take a look at their reviews on Yelp. Out of 143 reviews the majority were one star all talking about poor quality and customer service.

YUCK! I'm so, so disapponted--and out of $110.
I placed an order for some cute dog-themed polar fleece. It arrived today and the fabric is so thin, it feels like flannel. I wanted to make some warm blankets for my pups, but not only is the fabric thin, the pattern is muted. It's also printed only on one side. What am I supposed to do with this? Sew the sides together and quilt them somehow?
I am so angry at myself and this company.
