I had issues with my fabric and used the chat. The lady I got was wonderful! Not only was it nice to actually get a person instead of fighting ai chat bots or endless call center loops, but she was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable, and helped me with all my miscellaneous questions. I now have more project ideas, but it did help me decide that spoonflower is worth purchasing from. So far I've had a lot of good luck with my prints on the organic cottons. I sew a lot so finding a good fabric company is a big deal for me especially when I have to order online and can't see and feel the fabric on purchase. Great customer service will keep buying

I ordered paper early in 2026. Loved it, loved the quality. Spent over $1400 on paper and fabric. I ordered what I thought was the same paper to wallpaper an adjoining room. I knew that there would be a possibility of a slight color variation as it was from a different print run, however it was an entirely different type of wallpaper. Both were unpasted, one had a fabric backing and a textured surface, the other is cheap paper like any run of the mill wallpaper, but with the expensive price of the previous quality paper. The company has nothing notifying customers that they've changed their paper styles/descriptions etc. I have asked for my money back, but have not received a response from anyone.

I did hear back and they offered to send me samples of their other types of wallpaper that they now produce. If I like it, they are willing to issue a credit that I can use toward the purchase of a different type of paper. I am waiting to see what get sent. Additionally, of course the original paper was purchased on sale at 30% off, it remains to be seen what price I will be charged should I decide to go with a different type of paper, but at least they seem to be trying to meet me somewhere in the middle.

I love they can do all the printing of fabric and you can basically get anything you want done now. I was able to do a customers request for a quilt so easy for them because I could order exactly what they wanted for a brand new Great grand baby it came out beautiful because of the fabric. Thank you.

Ordered Wallpaper. Absolutely love ordering the exact sizes I needed and knowing when it comes I wont have alot of waste. I have put up a lot of wallpaper in my years. The prepasted paper was excellent. Very pleased.

As an architect in Spoonflower’s trade program, I relied on my trade rep to spec wallpaper quantities for a powder bath. I gave her the measurements and was told to order six rolls, which turned out to be short at install. Because Spoonflower prints on demand, a few extra rolls risk a dye-lot mismatch, so re-ordering means eating the cost of what I already bought.

When I asked for help resolving it, I was simply told to take it up with my installer. What disappointed me wasn’t the miscount, those happen, but the refusal to help solve it. In a relationship-driven industry, that’s what I can’t get past.

The artists’ designs are fantastic, but the paper quality was underwhelming, and going forward I will work with more reputable wallpaper reps and will not be bringing my own or my clients’ projects here again.

I’m convinced they are entirely run by AI now. Customer service responses sounded canned and didn’t help my issues. Also, the (very expensive) wallpaper had a couple printing glitches. I’m done with them.

Edit, post response: If I had just been able to pass a message to an actual person who had anything to do with the printing, my problem could have been solved. This didn't have to do with your standard printing process.

The swatches I ordered was very poorly handled
They came all creased and one had a thread coming off
Since this was my first order I was very much disappointed
Wondering if I order one yard it comes this way

I have had no problems so far with Spoonflower. I’ve ordered four different fabrics for sewing clothing, and all are excellent. The colors are accurate to what I expected, and the fabric is high quality. I like that you can find just about anything you can imagine, and more. My problem is that I want to buy more! I’m sure Spoonflower doesn’t have any issues with that.

The company is really nice. Their search functions are awful, unless you want either 3 options or 30,000.

Don’t waste your money! Wouldn’t even give them a star for effort! Horrible paper, unrealistic from description! Help center only allows you to type to speak to someone, clearly they do this because of too many complaints! The lady Amber who was helping me informed me that texture is a picture. So when paper says it’s textured, it’s in the picture, it’s not in the feel of the paper! Really? Also all of the papers have to be double cut, this means the sides of the paper need to be cut as well. An installers nightmare! Steering clear!

Not so good. I am struggling to get back on the site and promote my fabrics again after a long break and it has been really hard. There is no one to talk to when calling the phone number and so I have to wait for replies. Amber G. Did help me get back in to the site and now I am working with Kelly H. And hopefully, by today I will have some help and can get back to marketing my designs. If I didn’t think they were good I would not bother and there are some on the site that I will be deleting because I am not happy with those designs. But there are some that are pretty and fun and I feel it is worth selling those. So, hopefully, with Kelly H.’s help I can get to my desired goal. Thank you.

Honestly if you have an issue with an order reach out to them directly. I had an issue with a boarder line that messed up my wallpaper order. Unfortunately for me I didn't open the box ( to protect it ) until install day. Which was an error on my part because it was past the return date. I still reached out via chat and Megan P. was very very kind and understanding of my issue especially given how much I've spent on the wallpaper. It seemed that the print was a tad off center making it very difficult for it to be lined up with the wall. Megan made it right and replaced my order/orders ( with in the week!🖤)so that wasn't out hundreds of dollars in wallpaper. I've ordered from them in the past with zero issue so I trusted that my original order would be correct so I didn't open it. But from now on I will be opening my orders right away. Thanks again Megan you're the best thank you for making it right. I will 💯💯💯 order from this company in the future and recommend them to anyone that is looking for great fun wallpaper.

Website is clunky. Customer Service (AI— no real humans) is awful. I liked a couple of prints, so paid for 4 samples to be sent— it’s expensive, and the customer pays for shipping. The samples were supposed to have arrived last week in time for my decorator appointment. They did not arrive. They have still not arrived a week later. Customer service says if they don’t arrive by 8/13 they will refund the charge. I will not be using Spoonflower for anything.

I love Spoonflower's quality. My recent order seems to be lost and the customer service agent I talked with quickly resolved the issue.
Things don't alway go according to plan but how a company deals with issues makes all the difference.

Excellent materials. Top printing. Perfect timing, deliveries are never late . Spoonflower is my number one choice

They are the worst. Not enough adhesive on the peel and stick (Ive never had a problem with other companies) A repeated flaw in the design. But worst of all, no satisfaction. No refund at all.

Beautiful designs, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing.

I relied on Spoonflower's wallpaper calculator to determine how much wallpaper I needed for my project. Although customer service insists the calculator was technically correct, I found the ordering process confusing and misleading. I ordered 12-foot panels because that was the length my walls required, but the calculator's recommendation was apparently based on 6-foot panels. As a result, I ended up with far more wallpaper than I actually needed. Despite relying on their own ordering tool, Spoonflower would not work with me on a return or any reasonable resolution. Also, if you need additional rolls it will not match. Ordered additional rolls three days later, and it doesn't match.

I was also underwhelmed by the quality of the wallpaper itself. Compared with wallpaper I've purchased from other manufacturers, Given the premium price point, I expected a higher-quality product.

The designs are beautiful, and that's the reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. However, between the confusing ordering process, the lack of flexibility from customer service, inability to match (they do not use lot numbers) and the paper quality, I won't be ordering from Spoonflower again. There are too many other wallpaper companies offering better materials and a more customer-friendly experience.

I ordered a very expensive ($150) 2’ x 9’ sheet of grass cloth wallpaper to line a cabinet. The website picture showed what appeared to be normal looking “natural” grass cloth. First, the shipment did not arrive as scheduled. I had to reach out to the company for an update. The company did respond and refunded my $7 shipping fee. When the product arrived, I was shocked to see that it looked like a snake print more than grass cloth. I reached out to the company requesting refund but they have a standard disclaimer that orders are custom so their company is not liable. The website stated that I should have ordered a sample first. I didn’t order a sample because grass cloth SHOULD be straightforward, in my opinion. I should not have expected to receive something that looked more like a snake print computer printed on grass cloth background. My trust is broken in this company’s ability to deliver a product that should traditionally look a certain way.
