Je recommande le site Splendia.
Je l'ai découvert pour préparer un we dans une capitale européenne, je cherchai un hôtel cosy, central avec du charme.
Un sentiment de privilège dans le choix de ces hôtels.
Splendia répond à tous ces critères avec un positionnement prix compétitif.
Depuis je ne prépare pas un we ou un séjour sans utiliser Splendia.

Je suis entièrement satisfaite du site Splendia. Il correspond parfaitement à mes attentes : trouver des hotels d'exception aux quatre coins du monde.
De plus, le service client est aussi excellent.
A recommander vivement si on aime se faire du bien

I always book the hotels on splendia because the hotel selection is very good and the reviews are trustable. the price range is very appropriate for my budget and the hotels are luxurious yet boutique, which makes it perfect for my taste. the customer service is the best i have ever seen and the benefits they provide are advantageous.

Do not use Splendia if you are looking for a reliable and stress free evening. I drove four hours to Washington DC only to arrive at my hotel and find that Splendia had cancelled my room several days prior. I had called the hotel when I made the reservation and they confirmed that they had received Splendia's order and that my room was reserved. When I arrived, they said that they had just received a fax from Splendia ordering a cancellation of the room- no explanation, but with a possible suggestion that Splendia had recently changed the currency they use. Splendia did NOT contact me ONCE regarding the CANCELLATION of my reservation.
So, I spent the next hour frantically calling every hotel with outrageously high rates on a Saturday night because Splendia was careless.
Do not use this company, it is worth shelling out a little more money to reserve a room through the hotel itself.

I'm definitely a Type A personality - I do my research in depth to make sure I get the best deals on the best resorts. I reside in the US and Splendia is not well known here, however, after extensive research, it's absolutely the best deal. I found Splendia through TripAdvisor and have heard great reviews from others using TripAdvisor. The second biggest deciding factor for my fiancé and myself to use Splendia was the customer service. They were more prompt than any other hotel discount site and provided a more customized experience. Thank you Splendia for making our honeymoon booking so stress free and easy!

I have booked a hotel via Slendia.com. In 1 minute time I have received a confirmation of my booking. In 10 minutes time manager from the hotel contact me and informed me that unfortunately it is no rooms available. Most definitely it is inconvenient situation for everybody. But I ended up in argumentation between Splendia.com and Bella Luce hotel in Guernsey. It is not the place to start of your holiday!

On the top of that, lady from Splendia.com, called Kristen, promised to send me email, that it was hotel's fault, but never did. I have tried to contact her with no luck.

Very disappointing experience!!!

Nous utilisons régulièrement splendia dans des lieux trés variés et avons toujours été très satisfaits:
Excellent choix d'hôtel de charme et de luxe, les descriptifs sont bien fait et reflète la réalité.
Equipe très sympa disponible et efficace au téléphone (c'est pas toujours le cas avec d'autres sites)
Nous avons toujours eu accès aux "privilège" indiqués pour les membres gold (surclassement, cadeau d'arrivée, départ tardif)
2 réserves: le système de déduction de l'acompte qui n'est pas très clair y.c. pour les hôteliers; les tarifs pas toujours très compétitifs.

Limited range of excellent hotels reduces dramatically the time consumed to selecting the right place to stay. Webpage and online reservation are clear and intuitive - found very convenient to use. Welcome gift upon arrival to the hotel was a nice surprise after long travel. All in all, I will definitely use your professional services in the future and trust guest reviews.

Seit ich über Splendia gebucht habe, finden Unregelmäßigkeiten bei meiner Kreditkarte statt.

Ho utilizzato i servizi di Splendia diverse volte e sempre con massima soddisfazione.
Gli hotel prenotati si sono riscontrati del livello indicato e con servizi ottimali. I prezzi mai trovati superiori rispetto a quanto proposto dal sito della struttura stessa o da altri siti specializzati nella ricerca e prenotazione di strutture alberghiere. E le poche volte in cui ho avuto bisogno di assistenza (mai per problemi riconducibili a Splendia, tanto per chiarire) ho riscontrato sempre la massima prontezza di risposta e disponibilità.

This is a perfect website if you want to have a good choice of high quality of hotels all over the world. I have used Splendia for a couple of years and I have never been disapointed. They have excelent service and top quality website.

Splendia is a good site for finding hotels. Sometimes the variety of hotels could be better in sense of having more choice. I would also prefer to have a better preview of hotel rooms because sometimes the pictures of rooms are not quite good or elaborate. However, my overall experience is good and I have started using this page more and more.....

Un site de reservation facile et simple avec a la clef des etablissements hoteliers de tres haut standing et des attentions particulieres lors des reservations via le site.
Des points cumules qui se transforment en argent utilisable lors des reservations et des tarifs negocies parmis les meilleurs.
Ravi d'avoir utilise ces services.

Réservation alléchante qui nous valu des explications musclées avec l'hôtel!
Prix annoncés TTC alors que la TVA n'était pas incluse. Dommage d'en arriver à des discussions de détails dans un site aussi prestigieux!
Les prestations de l'hôtel 5* dépassent largement le descriptif de Splendia!

On 23 April, my partner and I arrived at the Hotel de las Letras in Madrid, a Splendia Hotel with glowing reviews. We found a very over priced youth hostel! Small, cramped rooms. Rude and unhelpful staff. Cheap furniture, and worse, linens and bathrooms that should have been replaced ages ago. The room and hotel were so bad we forfeited the Euros 250 per night and went to a much better hotel.

Splendia sent me a request to rate this hotel experience. I rated it, same as above - and never heard a word from Splendia.

Plateforme de réservation agréable et efficace. Pas de mauvaise surprise concernant la réservation et le paiement.
Certaines informations prêtent dès fois à confusion laissant croire à des avantages pour les réservations effectuées avec la plateforme alors qu'au final ces avantages sont valables pour tous les clients.
