Very slow and very difficult to communicate with. They don't answer emails promptly, sometimes not at all, and wait times are excessive -- they admit to several weeks delay on the website, but in reality it's much longer than that, and a firm date is never set. Prices are good, but you get what you pay for in terms of service.

I'm going to try and be as fair as possible here. I've ordered twice from this Company before and both products have been great so I orderd again on 19th October. I know the website states they are experiencing delays which is fine but..

I placed my order on the 19th October (8 weeks ago)
Requested an update on 18th November and was told via email they were unable to give me an update.
Requested another update on 1st December - nothing
Requested to cancel the order and recieve a refund on 9th December - nothing.

I can get no anwer from emailing and the phone number on the website goes straight to a full answerphone.

I'm patient and understanding of delays but the lack of communication is concerning. Will I ever see this product or my £180 again....?

Love our splashback. The orders do take a bit of time, but think the website is clear enough on this. Well worth the wait, it looks great, well packaged and delivered with minimal fuss

Superb. I was a little concerned having seen a few negative reviews but the product is superb. Really well finished. I ordered a custom black glass splash back and adhesive. It took about 15 working days to arrive and I emailed the Company a few times and Lee-Anne was really polite and friendly. I would recommend the product and the Company.

I ordered a custom splashback. I found the website easy to use and I liked the options they offered and they were clear to select. The custom splashback arrived early and was correctly sized and although heavy it was easy to install

I ordered a set of ‘pearlised copper’ splashbacks on 12 June, which finally arrived 6 weeks later on 26 July - they seemed to spend (from email communications, 2 weeks in quality control and weren’t sent out despite the company knowing a week’s national holiday was coming.) The splashbacks that arrived did not match the picture on the website and are brick red, not copper and are in no way pearlised! Having emailed to complain, I was told that they matched the picture on the website (the picture sent was completely different to the one given next to the order form for the product) and that they are not liable, but that I can have a discount on a replacement order! Strangely enough, I am not willing to pay more and wait another 6 weeks! I was told I should have ordered a sample - if I had, I would still be waiting now! I have no issue with the quality of the product or packaging, which was very good, but the product is not what was shown on the website - I could accept slight colour difference but the ones received are neither metallic nor pearlised as described.

Ordered a new Black rangemaster90 cooker and wanted a matching splashback. Splashbacks UK has a huge range of colours and effects and our new shiny black splashback arrived promptly as promised at the time of placing our order. Holes can be pre drilled for you, but we mounted ours with the advised ordered adhesives.
The glass was really well packaged with loads of foam and bubble wrap and it perfectly matches our new cooker.

Dont trust these people paid on 3rd june got email 3-4 weeks very slow they say 3/4weeks but take double today been 5 weeks so by time delivery comes will be 6 weeks I sed take the mick how is that abusive approx. doesn't mean double time frame

Ordering my splashback online was a very simple process. It arrived on time, exactly as ordered and WOW are we pleased with it!! It looks absolutely fantastic in our new kitchen, even the kitchen fitter was impressed and took the details of where we had ordered it from!! I also purchased the cleaning kit and have found this works very well, making it so easy to look after. Highly recommend Splashbacks UK

We are extremely happy with our gorgeous antique mirrored splash back. It came to the exact measurements given and fits perfectly. Very well wrapped for transit and absolutely no problems at all. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service and product. We ordered a custom coloured splashback, the colour was a perfect match. The instructions on how to take measurement were perfect, which resulted in a perfect fit. Delivery was when they said it would be. Will defo use again and have already recommended to others.

Tried to place an order since mid April, eventually placed (they didn’t confirm how we could make payment, thought they’d sent details but hadn’t, chased for 2 weeks but they never answer the phone). Eventually placed, order arrived smashed to bits. Their response? The courier won’t refund them so they are cancelling our order. No phone call despite asking for a call. Absolutely appalling service. Avoid, they have no idea about customer service. We’ve wasted our time, our money, and we now have to dispose of a shattered splashback.

Ordered a splashback 5-6 weeks ago with a production lead time of 4 weeks.

Kitchen is due to be finished this week and still no splashback.

I have tried calling on numerous occasions but it just goes to answering machine. I have emailed 3 times and no one has come back to me.

Disappointed in the lack of communication from this company.

Very happy with the splashback had to wait a while but that's covid for you the two lads turned up Luke I think was one my other half said very courteous and even returned after she smudged the silicone just after they had gone ,don't ask and they returned and re done .Thanks
