Splashback came at the perfect size with the fittings required as we asked . It does the job of protecting the wall behind the slow cooker perfectly. Thank you.

I researched a LOT of companies before I chose this one.
The colour, price and ease of fixing were v important to me.
It delivered on every one. I knew EXACTLY what shade I was getting. The price was the best I could find. And the instructions meant that even a 62 yr old woman ( me) could fix it.

Placed an order 3rd march and tried progress chase delivery but to no avail. No response to emails and phone number goes straight to voicemail.i am now trying to cancel my order and get a refund but no way of contacting anyone.

I ordered a splash back on 10/02/23, I was told a 3 week delivery. My order was supposedly delivered on the 02/03/23. Unfortunately the wrong address was out on the delivery and it was sent to the wrong address. DHL kinding put a photo on with a green fence, mine is brown. I did get a response from Lee-Anne, who said they tried to deliver, so basically its my fault were not in and the item has been returned to them. The fact it was not my address, obviously I wouldn't be in!

I have since tried to contact splash backs UK, via e mail and telephone more times that I choose to remember, they never reply to e mails and do not answer the phone. If I am not contacted in 24 hours, I will contact my bank to see if my money can be returned, otherwise I will go down the route of the small claims court to return my money. I stress to anybody reading this, please do not waste your money on this company, there are a lot more out there, who are far more professional!

Absolute rubbish, Splashbacks UK, provided the courier with the wrong address, (a photo was supplied on their website, showing a green fence, mine is brown). So they tried to deliver it to the wrong address, which is not my fault. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions, I have all the e mails in my sent box as proof. I was offered the item to be resent which I accepted (again I have proof of e mail sent), this then there has been no contact with Splashback UK. I am happy for you to resend, as long as you send it to me this time not someone else. If you are not prepared to do this, i expect a full refund or I will be taking legal action.

Chased order made 16th Jan & they stated 6th February delivery. Still not received on 8th Feb and ‘mailbox full’ when I try to call. Joke of a company.

Update - I now have a snotty reply below for all to see. I also have a nice email from Lee-Anne who checked on it within 24 hours in all fairness, it turns out my product was damaged as there was an accident with the pallet carrying it. I’ve now been given a delivery date of Monday 20th February. Fingers crossed this is the end of the saga. The biggest issue with this company is the fact they have a phone number that doesn’t work. Will not be changing my rating until this is addressed and the product is received.

So far, not so good. I have emailed this company regarding an order I would like to place but I have had no response. Also tried to call but can't leave a message as voicemail box is full!
Think I may shop elsewhere as this doesn't bode well!

UPDATED: It may well be that my order coinciding with Christmas, postal strikes and general nationwide delivery chaos made this a less than great experience. The product is great: cannot fault it. But delivery took two months, and took a fair amount of chasing of both courier and company. Lack of communication between the company and the courier seems to be the main issue: this is something that needs to be resolved by the company/courier, not the customer.

Was contacted just after this review was posted and item turned up next day.( the power of a review) Very good product with a quality finish but they still need to improve on the ability to contact them and provide some feedback when questions are asked. A working phone number would be a good next step.Amended to 4 stars for product quality rather than customer service…… placed order in early December (allowed for Xmas shutdown). Contacted twice by Email with no response. Live chat is “unavailable” and all numbers that I can find are not answered and have full mailboxes. Thankfully used credit card so will try to get money back via that route

Ordered our splashback in July and it is now October still not delivered. Have called and left messages - no one replies. Have emailed - and no one emails back. Used online chat, got a response 2 weeks ago to say someone would look into it. Still no response.

Dreadful customer care and service in my opinion.

Will now need to seek advice about getting our money back.

Great service from start to finish. The team were so helpful and genuinely cared about how the final product would look- lots of emails back and forth to make sure this was right, (example pictures of how the splashback would look).
Well packaged for shipping and hassle free. Delivered soon after dispatch too.
I've had so many compliments and I'm totally over the moon with my new kitchen feature.

We are really impressed. Easy to use web site, good communications and delivery date was dead on. The glass is exact on size for the strip of wall to be covered and looks superb now it’s installed. Very happy customer so many thanks.

Wanted a small splashback for a sink in a recently built new shower room.
Being a made to measure and a specific colour order ,I was a bit worried how it would turn out.
