On February 28, I took the proactive step of contacting Live Chat to ensure my account was clear of all previous coupon restrictions before I made a fresh verification deposit. The agent explicitly told me I was "good to go." I played in good faith based on that professional assurance.

Now, they are hiding behind a technicality and have completely ignored my emails since March 4th. I have requested multiple times that they simply review their internal chat logs from Feb 28 to see the confirmation I was given, but they refuse to respond.

I didnt know I couldn't, and if they didnt want me to use more than one at a time then why did they make more than one bonus available at the same time the other bonuses were available... its all a scam in order to get you to make a deposit. Then after you make the deposit, im thinking now that they will make it so that you lose all if that too. Waste of time and very conning. Zero stars if I could... respectfully.
