There was an error (I think i entered the wrong email address for the digital photos). I contacted customer service and they had found my picture and sent them on to me. All within an hour.

The instructions are easy to follow, and the printing is fast and good quality. I also like the option to receive the files in email.
The only thing that could probably be improved is the picture quality. It us not too bad, but I think there is room for improvement.

My goal was to take 5X5 pictures for passport. I paid extra to get it digitally but didn’t receive the email. The printed pictures come all together in a piece of paper, if I went specifically to take pictures for an ID why would I want them all together in a big sheet?
Hope they answer my email and send me the digital picture I paid for…

Det är väldigt smidigt att ta kort i automaten. Det bästa är att efteråt ser man fotona på skärmen och kan välja att ta om kort som man inte tyckte blev bra. Det är också lätt att betala med kort. Om det blir problem, vilket det blev för mig, så har de Sveriges trevligaste support som löste problemet! Tack!

Gick väldigt smidigt och enkelt att ta mitt körkortsfoto och blev godkänt av transportstyrelsen

Convenience and good service

Do not use this photo company for passport photos or photos for drivers licenses. Their photos does not live up to standard measurements.

I couldn’t pay and they didn’t pick up the phone to help me!! Wasted a lot of time for nothing

Good that you can re-take the pictures but not happy about the fact that my digital pictures did not show up in my mail.

I did not recieve my photos by email, eventhough I paid for it

I didnt get my digital copy that i payed for?

Snabbt och enkelt. OK pris.

Det är så väldigt smidigt att bara hoppa in i båset och ladda över bilder från mobilen, som jag gör. Jättebra att det finns två i Strängnäs, dels i Präntaren och på Coop. Nuförtiden var det så att jag bara hade foton i mobilen, men nu är det lätt att framkalla. Lite dyrare nu så jag får välja noga.

När det blev ett problem med digitala foton ringde jag och då löste de det direkt

Skulle ta nya körkortsfoton vid automaten(606466) på ica maxi karlskoga.
Själva processen att ta korten gick, men när jag betalat så kom varken några kort ur automaten eller något kvitto på mailen jag uppgett.
Pengar drogs dock från kontot, jag startade ett reklamationsärende på hemsidan. Men fick aldrig något svar, har nu gett upp att få tillbaks mina pengar då jag ej orkar deala med ARN över 316kr. För övrigt billigare att gå till trafikverket och ta bild.
Man får väl tacka för lärdomen om att detta företag bör undvikas, men 316kr för den lektionen var lite väl dyrt.
