After having my washing machine motor break down,
First was check eBay for a replacement,out of curiosity I'd seen a motor that looked just like mine ,so I sent a message before I decided to purchase,
it turned out that the motor was not compatible,and spares4 appliances whom little did I realise I was contacting ,
just so happens to get me the right motor .
well to say I'm one happy customer 😁
my new motor is on its way. And soon be up and running,
I must say thank you very kindly for your fast response over emails and for helping me ,fix my washing machine with the correct part.

Excellent service and great value for money

I have used this company several times before and found them to be excellent on those occasions but something seems to have gone sadly wrong with them now.
I placed an order through their website for a small part that the website said was in stock. I paid for the part and shipment as part of the ordering process. The order was acknowledged.
A week later when I had heard nothing further I sent a query through their website contact us system and heard nothing so I emailed them asking what was happening.
The reply explained nothing, just saying that they were cancelling the order without giving any reason.
I then asked by email why they cancelled the order and have had no answer.
This company seems to have lost the plot.

I received my order very quickly(within 48 hours).The items were as described.I was kept aware of the progress of the order.The price was the cheapest I could find and postage was very reasonable
I would not hesitate to use them again and based on my experience would highly recommend them.

Andy in Customer services was excellent as I couldn't find the code for the New World freezer drawer front, he patiently advised me what to look for and gave me the direct link to order the product. I ordered two and they came within a couple of days. I will definitely use again (hopefully won't need them again too soon though ;-0)

This company is very efficient and friendly and customer service is very high on their priority list. I would not hesitate to recommend them for their service and efficiency.

The courier tried to deliver the item I ordered but could not get a reply. Normally they would leave with a neighbour but in this occasion did not.
I got onto the supplier and they resent the items out by next day delivery.

I purchased a replacement heater element for my Hotpoint tumble dryer. The part arrived well before the promised date and is now working well. This company are reliable, helpful and offer genuine parts at affordable prices. I am happy to recommend them

emailed this company requesting a part for my machine. they were very helpful in ensuring they found the correct part and sending me the order details across. ordered the part and it was delivered exactly when I was expecting it. very pleased with service and would recommend.

After ordering firstly from ebay, my part never arrived.
I then looked for an alternative supplier and discovered spares4appliances.
The part arrived as expected next day and quality part for a fair price. Absolutely 1st class and not to be sniffed at with all the cowboys out there online. Highly recommended!

Only ordered a bulb for the oven, order came fast and well packaged. Bulb its self was spot on.

Great service, arrived quickly with excellent communication. Product perfect and as described.

I ordered what I thought was the right part, but when it arrived it wasn't! I emailed and the response was very quick over the holidays and the new part identified straight away. Excellent service.

When my fridge freezer packed in I contacted 7 companies for help.

The least helpful, the OEM, Hotpoint, the most helpful Spares4Appliances.
The spare I ordered from them, a genuine Hotpoint part but much cheaper than direct from Hotpoint arrived the following day. (7pm not 6pm but good for a December delivery by courier). It was well packed.

Although Spares4Appliances will tell you they are not service engineers they have built up a depth of knowledge that they readily pass on.

I have no reservations in recommending this company.
