Extremely poor experience given costs of over 600 euro's for Gold 8. Avoid!

For €600, I think it’s reasonable to expect:

* Enough shoulder room to sit normally.
* The ability to use binoculars or a camera.
* Space to eat or drink without disturbing your neighbours.
* A clear, unobstructed view.

None of the above are true at Gold 8.

Einfach nur Klasse 😃😃
Super nettes Personal, ob Security an den Eingängen, Personal im Fanshop etc. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und oft einen netten Spruch auf den Lippen.
Der Support auf der offiziellen Website ist genial.
Einziger Wehmutstropfen sind die langen Fußwege, aber das weiß man ja vorher 😉

C'était mon premier GP, j'ai adoré.
L'application du circuit est très utile et bien faite.

J'ai utilisé le service Shuttle City : Ils demandent d'arriver à une heure précise, mais si pas tout le monde est arrivé, on attend jusqu'à une heure après avant de partir et on loupe des activités prévues sur place. À l'inverse, tout en étant dans les délais de départ prévus (un peu plus tard car nous avions reçu un mail de rallonge car le GP avait dû être décalé à cause de la pluie) le bus a commencé à partir avant que tout le monde soit monté (sûrement par crainte des embouteillages).

La nourriture sur place est chère et très limitée, je n'ai pas vraiment aimé.

Les tarifs du merch aussi est beaucoup plus cher qu'en ligne, il vaut mieux ne pas acheter sur place.

Voor wat de bediening in de bar betreft.
Kleine vrouw met bril, zoek aub iets anders om te doen. Horeca is echt niet je ding. Slechte dag of niet. Goededag, alstublieft en je klanten op zijn minst een blik gunnen zijn echt niet moeilijk.

I bought a ticket for the Gold 8 grandstand, just to find out that the view from my seat was partly blocked by a shabby TV hut.
The restricted view was nowhere indicated. The ticket price was more than 600 EUR.
Overall, a huge disappointment. Never again!

Avoid. Absolutely no organisation, by far the worst F1 event I’ve attended. “Stewards” were taking photos of the crowd trying to leave instead of doing their job and managing the flow of people.

At one point, they stopped hundreds of us and redirected everyone to another exit. We were near the front, and the pressure from the crowd behind was genuinely dangerous—people were being pushed forward, and it could’ve ended very badly.

No one is managing the traffic leaving the car parks, we’ve been sitting in our car for hours now, completely stuck. The organisation is honestly appalling. Don't waste your time and money here, go to a different race.

Their customer service is very reactive and helpful. I had made a mistake (purchased the wrong parking area) and they were quick to correct it. Don't pay attention to the 2021 reviews, they are not up to date and most likely the result of the infamous 2021 Belgian GP 2 laps race.

This site is 100% legitimate. Before we booked the tickets on this website, we were skeptical of the legitimacy of this website. But this is an official SPA Grand Prix circuit website. We accidentally booked the ticket for the 2024 SPA Grand Prix that only covered the Free Practice (FP: Friday) and Quali (Saturday). However, when we contacted the phone number listed on their website, they were very quick to refund us the money and then accommodate our request to book the entire Weekend instead which covers the FP + Quali + Race (Friday, Satuday and Sunday). Special shoutout to Alessandra (one of the staff members), who entertained our request to modify our ticket from Friday/Saturday to the entire Weekend. We purchased the Speedcorner ticket. We had an incredible experience as this was our first ever F1 event and I also got to see Lewis win the race. Thank you to the staff and especially Alessandra from SPAGP circuit website.

Scammers and ARROGANT people! WORST organised EVER! NO infrastructure, NO idea about anything, people on location dont seem to know their own name!! HORRIBLE people and Organisation!! You pay for a carpark and they close parking's and do NOT pay back the money. They took probably 200.000 x 20 Euro WITHOUT paying it back!! As I said, SCAMMERS! Better NOT to reserve a carpark and just park ANYWHERE at Spa. I WILL report them at Visa and MasterCard board members and try to CLOSE them DOWN!!

Great Race, nice atmosphere. Took me 1,5 hour drive to get there and 5 hour drive to get home. Worthless infrastructure. Cannot believe the organisation doesn't care about this. Been this way for years and they didn't change a thing. I reckon Max arrived faster in Monaco than i did at home.

Blijf daar weg. Zeer slecht geregeld en iedereen heeft elkaar de schuld. Vakantie veilingen neemt ook geen verantwoordelijkheid.

Really disappointed. Obviously the event was rained off-not the circuits fault. But ultimately they should be making a partial refund or something. F1 put a statement out saying it was being looked at but no correspondence at all from circuit. Emails sent, no response. Feel totally ripped off. Also the parking was a shambles all weekend.

Disgraceful customer service, borderline fraudulent behaviour. Do not support this company unless you are happy to be treated horribly.

Met ongeloof stond ik te kijken hoe de veld parkeerplaatsen veranderen in een modderpoel waar auto’s niet meer weg konden komen. Jongens (Spa F1 organisatie) zo’n evenement organiseer je toch niet voor het eerst!? Mensen lopen schade op aan voertuigen maar ja dat kun je nergens claimen. Lekker handig geld opstrijken en vervolgens alle verantwoordelijkheid bij de mensen die er parkeren. Nooit meer Spa F1!!

My husband (disabled and wheelchair bound) and I attended the Belgian F1 over the past weekend. Although there was no F1 racing, my complaint is about your so-called PMR section.
Firstly, your website indicated that there will be benches provided for the PMR accompanying tickets. There were no benches, I even asked the staff working at the stand and they confirmed no. Therefore, I paid a whole lot of money to stand on my feet for several hours on Sunday, not to mention Friday and Saturday as well. For this alone I feel that I should at least get the money for my ticket back. I paid for a seat or bench that was never provided. Essentially, my money has been stolen.
Secondly, I cannot believe that this section was approved by any sort of safety official as adequate for physically disabled individuals. I had to push my husband, who has limited strength in his hands and arms, over gravel and mud and stones to get from the carpark to the stand. This is not wheelchair friendly. The stand was built at an incredible incline, sloping down from the portable toilets to the furthest edge at at least an angle of 15 degrees. This is not wheelchair friendly. The individuals in wheelchairs were struggling to get up this incline to just use the toilet. On their way back this angled stand in combination with the wooden surface was so slippery that I saw multiple individuals slip with their wheelchairs as they were unable to brake. One wheelchair user crashed into my husband's side as he was unable to stop then coming down the ramp. If he did not crash into my husband, the individual probably would have flung out of his wheelchair. We also saw a lady slip and fall due to the slick surface of the stand. This is not disabled friendly. There was also a piece of the stand flooring missing where multiple wheelchair users' front wheels got stuck. We had to warn people to be careful every time they passed this section as to avoid any accidents. This is not wheelchair friendly. I am also sure that the website did not indicate that this is an uncovered section. Is this the only PMR section you have available? Is it not discriminatory that the only tickets available for wheelchair users are exposed to the elements. And in your opinion, do you not think that people who are physically impaired should be afforded a dry, safe and non slip environment to enjoy an event
that they paid for?
Thirdly, the toilets provided were horrendous, they were filthy and I very highly doubt they were cleaned over the course of the weekend. They are also not disabled friendly. Yes, they are bigger for a wheelchair to fit (barely), but that is about it and if you had any sort of expert consult on any of your disabled facilities, they will tell you that the toilets were less than adequate. The grips and handrails are placed in such a way that a wheelchair user struggles to push themselves up and back on their chair, never mind someone with reduced arm strength. My husband almost slipped and fell in that disgusting porta-potty. There was also not enough space for me to accompany him in the stall to assist as he was struggling to use the toilet himself. The door flung open for several people to see my husband sitting on the toilet even though he locked the door. My husband actually refrained from drinking anything just to avoid having to use the toilet. Disgraceful! This is not wheelchair friendly.
Lastly, and most importantly. My husband was barely able to see anything. He could probably see 1 /2 meters of track in total. There were a lot of able bodied people sitting on camping chairs in the front of the stand, standing up oh so often to get some food or coffee or just stretch their legs. And yes, they arrived early, but my terminally ill husband and I arrived at around 8:30 and sat in the rain the entire day for a no show race. So we were also early. There was absolutely no regulation and disabled people were not prioritized to have a view, which everyone of them paid for and rightfully deserved. The leveling was not nearly adequate to create enough height for the individuals sitting a bit further back. So many people were not even able to see the screen. My husband at least was able to see the screen on Sunday, but that we can see at home without paying a fortune to see the race. On Friday and Saturday however, he was not able to even see the screen. This is not disabled friendly. And on top of that, we had no sound. There was a speaker right by the stand but that was not working.
My husband was not able to watch even practice or qualifying as on Friday and Saturday he has not even able to see the screen, never mind the track. Your disabled stand and facilities are a disgrace and disrespectful to any disabled individual wasting their money on these tickets. I am utterly disgusted and I can assure you that I am not the only one.

Most overpriced event I ever attended. We payed €495 p.p., we got a camping spot far smaller than the one that was promised. Sanitary is below expectations. There are a few overflowing dixies and ice cold showers. A few days before the start of the Belgian GP, we ticket holders got a message that we couldn't attend side events due to covid restrictions. We've payed for a special experience that turned out to be a money grabbing scam. Think twice before you treat yourself with a ticket to this event.

Belgian Grand Prix child ticket shambles or scam?
We bought tickets in December 2020 in the hope that we could attend the Belgian Grand Prix in Spa. The tickets were a special birthday treat for our 15 year old who, like many, had an awful time during lockdown.
As travel advice is still confusing we called F1 to understand our options . Result: unless you are double vaxed you can’t go. As our son is 15 he isn’t vaxed. No refund or postponement (our preferred choice) options.
Absolutely disgusting and rude representative on the phone who actually said “many children from the U.K. are doubled vaccinated” - unbelievable.
