I had a hiccup booking online, entirely my fault, so telephoned the booking line. Karen, the adviser, was very helpful and thorough in getting details of my booking correct; she explained upgrade options very well without any pressure to take them .

Just booked with Sovereign for next year's summer holiday, easy & seem less with the help of Lynn from Sovereign, just hope the actual holiday is good as the customer experience we've had so far.

We have used Sovereign for a number of years and value the fact that we are still able to speak to one of their friendly and knowledgable advisers. Our holiday arrangements have always been seamless.

I have travelled with Sovereign to Europe for a number of years and find their overall package to be good value.
My only quibble is ( and I have conveyed my opinion to them) that since last year they have ceased to have any Sovereign reps on the island of Majorca. They use a local company to provide taxi transfers but if a problem relating to the holiday arises they are very much reliant on the good nature of hoteliers to help 'sort it out'.
I think they should have one based at Palma who is then contactable in the event of a problem.

Booking via the internet and phone with Leanne Hall was an easy process and Leanne seemed very professional.

Hopefully the holiday will be just as good.
