We had an engineer named George attended our property to replace a complete boiler unit. Done an absolutely wonderful job. Very professional. We were very impressed by South London Heating.
We were impressed by the advice we received beforehand, the speed with which an estimate was supplied and most of all the satisfactory completion of the work just one week later.
It was good to deal with such an efficient company where the men who installed the boilers were commited to providing a first class service. We certainly recommend them.

Speedy and thorough
South London Heating were great, Lucy in the office was responsive and let us know when they’d received a cancellation so they could see us sooner for our boiler service. Jonathan was thorough and fixed our expansion vessel issue as well as undertaking a full boiler service and checked our radiators.

Great company to deal with. Transparent pricing and good value. All their employees are really helpful and pleasant. Always turn up on time - often early. Very neat and tidy. Our installation was done well and communication was good.

Really impressed with South London…
Really impressed with South London Heating Ltd - one guy did pretty much all the work - where British Gas had told it would take a couple of guys a few days, George (I think that was his name, apologies if that’s wrong) did everything on his own! Polite and conscientious, he was great to have around and made me feel very confident and safe whilst he worked. A 5* recommendation from me then!

Thorough servixe
Engineer arrived on time, and was very polite and friendly. He even put on the plastic covers over his shoes before he came into the flat. He carried out a full service on my boiler and gave me advice as to water temperature and helpful hints regarding temperature of radiators. Clean and tidy and no mess left for me to clear up. I hope I will get the same engineer when the service is due next year. He emailed the certificate the following day as promised. Would definitely recommend company especially as its a local firm. Very happy.

Brilliant service!!!!!
I was told by British Gas the boiler was beyond repair. I had been expecting this for a while. I called SLH on Friday last and within half an hour, they had arranged a video walk around the installation with the tenant. I then had a quote straight away. I then had another quote shortly after with a slight variation and a slightly cheaper price. That was a first!
The engineers arrived when they said and worked later than normal given the job was not as straightforward as was first thought. The tenant said they were friendly, efficient and clean working.
I have managed and owned, service businesses, albeit in Telecoms. So I know what customer service is all about. Your team is a credit to your company. Well done.
