South Downs Bikes Recenzje

Great help fixing a worn chain and deraillure alignment at short notice.
Clear estimate and stuck to price.
Thanks

Excellent prompt service; delivery was well in advance of forecast. Product as stated in description, good product, good value. Very pleased

Excellent service, very simple and easy ordering process, good competitive price, and delivery was sooner than expected which was a bonus too, as the helmet arrived in time for my granddaughters birthday, I would definitely re-order again and recommend South Downs Bikes.

Nothing was to much trouble thank you gents for your help and thorough and speedy service

Great customer service

Post display bike; not advertised on the website; no contact with the supplier; not the whole order arrived

Great service, know how and helpful friendly staff

Great shop, friendly knowledgeable staff and good after service. Would definitely recommend

Having bought and currently having my bike serviced there i am more than happy to continue taking my bike back...friendly , helpful and prompt service i will not go anywhere else and i live in Worthing so i even think the journey is worth it

Without any explanation, you refunded my payment a day or two after the order. That left me needing to source an urgently needed part elsewhere. Then you persistently ask for a review... oops!

Delivery was fast and product was excellent

All good with me good communication and advice

This is the first time I have used South Downs Bikes and won’t be the last.Bought some tools and a base layer garment which was actually out of stock! That was not a problem and was informed of a date that it was being restocked and then sent to me and sure enough everything arrived perfectly! Can’t fault them on anything and was a hassle free experience! Will be using them again,,,, recommended !!👍

Great selection of options at excellent prices. Quick delivery and I was kept informed throughout the ordering and delivery. Highly recommended and would have no doubts about using South Downs Bikes for future orders.

Contacted South Downs bikes in Worthing after purchasing a Trek bike from Evans and having nothing but problems! Long story short Evans failed to put sealant in both tyres of my bike meaning the tyres kept going flat! I am happy to admit it’s the first bike I’ve bought for my son and am clueless on them - especially on tubeless tyres!! Couldn’t get through to Evans and when I eventually did via their customer services department they said they’d need the bike dropped off and would keep for 5-7 days!!
Contacted South Downs bikes after Trek told me I could take the bike to any Trek approved shop for warranty work! Called the Worthing branch and spoke to I believe Simon who was fantastic from start to finish!! Told him the story to which he immidiately said sounds like no sealant and to pop it down at a convenient time and he’d take a look! Took the bike down, fixed in 20 minutes! Paid for sealant - no charge for his time! He also tightened the dropper post lever and the stem which hadn’t been tightened! Above and beyond customer service, gutted I didn’t know about them before purchasing the bike - will certainly be back for any work / future purchases! Thank you!!

Order despatched quickly, great service.

I had a simple job that I couldn’t do myself. The guys at the Goring store fitted it in at short notice, making my life a lot easier. Fantastic service, much appreciated.

Good products, good price, quick, what more can one want?

Recently had my Specialized hybrid serviced by South Downs Bikes. The knowledge, expertise and customer care provided by Simon and the team make them stand out in comparison with well known high street chains. Highly recommended.
