Ridiculous Shipping Costs
I paid a ridiculous fee for the shipping of a small book when shopping online on my phone. It should have been made clearer that I was paying more for shipping, than I was the book.

An all round good service
The speed of delivery was excellent. I emailed on a Sunday, for some extra information regarding date of last update and historical updates and was amazed to get an almost immediate response from a really helpful lady. I told her she shouldn't be answering emails on a Sunday. Excellent and Thank you

Good service, expensive delivery
Service was good - the item I wanted was in stock and delivered promptly, but the standard delivery charge (not express) seemed excessive (nearly £6 for an A4 chart).
