Absolute shambles of a company.
Blocking customers on social media because the company believes men's rights are more important than women's safety.
Disgusting that they are sending profits to groups that advocate for the chemical castration and mutilation of children.
Children are not born wrong, stop profiteering from your dangerous narrative!

My order came very quickly and was beautifully packaged, with a lovely personalised touch on the wrapped box. Will definitely stick with this company for any future fun jewellery purchases.

I placed my first order after seeing it pop up on my FB. The algorithm got it right this time. I ordered a few different things in the sale a few days ago. It arrived today and they're all sooo cute. They actually look better quality than the pictures. I bought them to wear at Glastonbury later in the year but I will defo be wearing them before and getting some new ones. The packaging was so pretty as well. I felt like I was getting a present. Plus there was a note that said thank you on the box and my name. It was such a nice touch. I won't be going anywhere else for my jewellery now.

Honestly don't understand why there are bad reviews. Don't let them put you off :)

all the pieces i ordered are beautiful and very well priced in the 4 for £20 deal. Packaging was really cute, thank you for taking the time and effort to present it so well. I would ignore all these other negative reviews. A lot of people are quick to turn to the internet when they have had a bad experience but not many do with a good. so well done Sour Cherry, my order was spot on.

Visited the Leeds store on a day trip and bought a necklace. I put it on straight away because I thought it was lovely. Then that evening when I went to take it off the clasp broke. It has been used twice, once to put it on and once to take it off!

I contacted customer service as I couldn't get back to the store to return or exchange it and I just get repeated emails fobbing me off saying they can't do anything because I bought it in a store, I have to return it to a store. I can't do that I don't live in a city with a store!

I asked if I could be sent a replacement chain with a functioning clasp but no, they can't do that either! The only option is to take it back to the store...so I'm expected to spend circa £30 to travel back to a city I was visiting to return an £8 necklace! I know 8 quid isn't much money, but the damn thing didn't even last a full day before it fell apart!

DON'T BOTHER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY! Shoddy quality and probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced! If I could give zero stars I would!

Very misleading and terrible jewellery bought a gold plated necklace that when received went straight back looked like something from a cheap Christmas cracker absolute rubbish bright orange cheap and nasty

My order came within 3 days and the packaging was really cute. Looks like time and care was put into the order and the earrings I ordered look just like they do on the website, can't wait to wear them, I expect I'll be ordering more!

An easy experience with Sour Cherry. The delivery was nicely wrapped and presented. It came swiftly. The earrings were lovely, my gf enjoyed, I enjoyed, everyone happy.

Horrible quality and experience, customer service started by refusing to help because it had been over 30 days when it was only a few days, giving me a weird hostile feeling from the start. Eventually, I told them of 2 defective earrings that were clearly of cheap quality enough to bend and no longer close. I did not receive compensation as they refused to believe me and stated the product was fine after I returned it. I don't know what happened or if then bent it back into place to keep the money, but I am sure that I will never shop there again. Overall very defensive customer service and very unreasonable return/satisfaction policy.

Lovely items, I ordered a pink emerald cut necklace. Arrived on time, very well packaged. Would highly recommend.

Jewellery was all lovely and it arrived quickly, also really chuffed I got a cleaning cloth, now my glasses are always clean!

This my 2nd or 3rd order from them over a few years and they are the best! My amethyst necklace has lasted over a year and I wear it pretty much everyday. Their delivery is fast and always comes not only wrapped but with personal touches too! I love their business and it's been so nice to see them grow. Support it, it's worth it.

They are literally rebranded price-inflated SHEIN jewellery. Found the exact same pieces in SHEIN. They are scamming you. Don’t buy.

This was my first order from Sour Cherry and it was a big one. I ordered lots of earrings for myself and a few as gifts. Every product is amazing quality and super comfortable to wear all day. Everything arrived inside tissue paper inside a box which was wrapped in cherry print wrapping paper - very secure and pretty. I'm very impressed with the quality and price of each pair of earrings. I received regular emails with tracking updates of when my order was shipped and delivered. Overall, a brilliant experience with Sour Cherry. I'll definitely be buying from them again!
