My first album release is still a nightmare its shows live but its not in any platform except tiktok (because i paid the addon maybe) but til now 1month after the release date my album is still not having the smartlink. If i need to change something at least say it and give me permission to correct it. But nothing no support. Just a reply saying they will come back to me. But other than that my other release are fine. Im not sure why my first release was stuck! Can you check it please the album name is "Tahimik na Kwarto" artist is "Luntian Virtual OPM Band" til now its only avaialable in Tiktok! Nothing else.

Um denunciante fraudulento, conhecido no Discord como "Davi" (nome real possivelmente Davi Hermes ou similar), tem realizado denúncias falsas em massa contra minhas músicas e de vários artistas da minha comunidade (todas originais, criadas com IA, com ISRCs legítimos e direitos autorais próprios). Ele usa o fluxo de disputas da Apple Music / iTunes (via SoundOn) para derrubar contas rapidamente, sem qualquer verificação prévia.
Provas anexadas neste e-mail:
Vários prints (de mim e de múltiplos amigos/artistas afetados) das notificações de remoção/disputa recebidas, todos mostrando exatamente o mesmo e-mail do denunciante: davihe.....

Prints comprovando que o padrão é idêntico em músicas aleatórias de diferentes artistas (nenhuma relação real com o denunciante).
Evidências adicionais de que esse e-mail é falso / inválido (não recebe respostas, não existe de fato para verificação).
Prints mostrando o histórico desse denunciante roubando lançamentos: ele pega ISRCs de músicas alheias, relança como sped-up ou próprias (sem autorização), e ainda derruba quem o confronta por vingança.
Esse indivíduo também tem conta ativa no Spotify sob o nome artístico "undeadprinceses" O NOME EXATO DO PRINT QUE ESTA ANEXADO onde promove conteúdos semelhantes (sped-up, remixes não autorizados etc.). Isso reforça que ele não é vítima, mas sim o agressor sistemático.
Suspeitamos fortemente que ele seja menor de idade (baseado em interações no Discord, incluindo meu username "sapo cururu" e o dele quê é o "ryvo" tirando satisfação com ele, o que agrava o abuso e a falta de responsabilidade.
Solicitações urgentes e claras:
Suspensão imediata de qualquer processamento de claims ou denúncias vindas desse e-mail
Exigência obrigatória de verificação de identidade, idade e e-mail válido do denunciante antes de qualquer remoção futura (envio de documento de identidade, confirmação por e-mail real, etc.). Isso é essencial para impedir fraudes em massa como essa.
Restauração total das minhas faixas, releases e conta afetada(s) em menos de 1 dia útil (24 horas), pois os conteúdos são 100% originais e as denúncias são comprovadamente falsas.
Se não houver contato ou ação concreta em 24 horas, considerarei medidas adicionais, incluindo denúncia coletiva (com todos os artistas afetados) à Apple Music, TikTok, autoridades competentes e vias legais por abuso/frustração de sistema.

If i can leave a 0 review I would. One of the worst customer service platform I know. I am compelled to share my concerns regarding the professionalism and effectiveness of SoundGlobal’s customer support.

My account was locked due to the 2-Step Verification feature that I personally enabled in my account settings. I clearly explained this issue and provided all required and verifiable information to recover access. Despite this being a straightforward, platform-related matter, the issue remains unresolved after multiple email exchanges across two separate support threads.

Throughout these communications, I was repeatedly asked to provide a username. However, SoundGlobal does not use usernames for account authentication. To verify this, I even created a new account and confirmed that no username is required or generated. I consistently clarified that account access is tied to an email address and phone number, not a username.

I repeatedly provided the following information, all of which are directly linked to my SoundGlobal account:

Email address

Phone number

TikTok account

Gmail account

Despite supplying and reaffirming these details multiple times, no effective resolution has been offered.

As a registered label and business operating under a formal contract with SoundGlobal, I find this level of support inadequate and unprofessional. Given the nature of this issue and the volume of accurate information already provided, I expected a higher standard of assistance. The continued lack of resolution has directly impacted normal business operations.

SoundOn has potential (great release stats and TikTok features), yet the company fails the most important parts - delivering music on time and customer service. My account is missing crucial features from the start, option for distribution to Apple Music and Promotions not appearing in the menu. Customer service seemed responsive at first, but no issues are ever resolved. Works stay in the review cue way pass their release date. Requests for album deletion are being ignored and customer service stops replying all together, entrapping your releases in limbo. When I tried to create a new account, which had all the features available and would allow me to move my releases there, my application was rejected due to "unusual activity". The only unusual activity is their own.

They are a scam, thieves they took down my song with over 800 million TikTok views, 8+ syncing licence deal with big brands, after 1 year contract, without no explanation , or clarity of infringements, my song is still in stores, they are collecting royalties for it, including syncing royalties and not sending me any cent. Don’t use SoundOn are a totally scam

I started using sound down 2 months ago my second really sighed released it hasn't even been copyrighted on YouTube so I emailed them telling them hey my song hasn't been sent to YouTube content ID and I showed them the screenshots and the proof and everything and they're like yes it did and then I waited and it still hasn't a month later so that I reached out again no one has responded right And then also my promo page every time I try editing it inside the editor there's like a little phone cut out preview screen that doesn't properly show my promo page as I'm editing it and not showing me a preview of what I'm doing as I'm editing it and then when I try to add YouTube links to my promo page it doesn't even properly link any of my thumbnails or the titles or displays in the promo page after I submit it I sent sound on customer service 50 emails in one thread and they literally repeat the same thing asking for pictures asking for videos and I sent them everything I sent them video screenshots screen recordings pictures and links to TikTok video showcasing the issue I'm experiencing and they still just don't comprehend what I'm saying and they just continue asking me the same thing over and over so I literally started cussing at them and I don't even use it anymore I'm not going to use it anymore and they still email me telling me watch what I'm saying and I'm like I don't care I'm not going to use your platform you guys don't want to you want to keep asking me the same question is over and over and over and over again but I already told you everything that you need to know and instead of asking me again hey can you tell me what the issue is why don't you read the other 50 emails that I sent in the same f****** thread

Avoid SoundOn at all costs. They shut down my account out of nowhere—no warning, no explanation, nothing. My account was in perfect standing, and they still wiped it and pulled all my music from stores overnight.

And the worst part? I believe they kept collecting money from TikTok even after closing my account. I had to get a lawyer involved and no response from them.

This company is shady, unprofessional, and absolutely not to be trusted. Stay far away.

Hi, sound ON, maybe work for some music creator but not for me. I've been using this distributor since 2021, and I never collect a red cent from them.
More than six months every time when I check my account, they said royalties reports delayed and when check again the message disapare.

They will steal your money and close your account and collect on your music without reasoning. Be prepared with lawyer, or they will absolutely not respond.

No customer service at all. First it was my drivers license was illegal (2X) then it was artist name needs to be changed. The artists name is literally my name. These people play games for weeks and still won't publish song. You go round and round with an AI chat that does nothing but run you in circles. Go to any other music distribution company and stay away from this one. Absolute and complete bulls**t!

If possible I'd give a zero star. No customer service at all. Just BOT reply and that's it. The end nothing more. And the BOT replies isn't even helpful, AT ALL. 100% USELESS

The worst, no customer service, don't know anything about anything. Everytime I put out music it gets rejected first for the most idiotic thing and now like I said my latest album is rejected and says the artist is in a wishlist or something but it's literally the same artist I've been using for over a year now so if anyone infringing it's them! Not me! They make everything unnecessarily more complicated

horrible music distributor doesn't have an account deletion option, non-existent support

I have been attempting to open an account with SoundOn for weeks, using my passport as my ID. However, my application has been repeatedly rejected due to "invalid ID." I've submitted several different types of photos, including just the data page, the data page with the second page, and even a photo of me holding the passport, as they suggested.

Customer support has been unhelpful, providing only canned responses that don't address my issue. They keep telling me to make sure my scan is in color and clear, which it is—I've scanned it at 600dpi. The most frustrating part was their final reply, where they stated that they don't accept passports and that I should use a different form of identification.

I'm giving up on trying to open an account. If this is how difficult it is just to sign up, I can only imagine the problems I would face when trying to distribute my music.

I'm confused about the bad reviews? I've used them for a few releases and even removed songs and rebranded. They always reply me do it within a matter of hours. It's super easy to upload tracks and get them distributed. They just do everything for you in a click. They automatically email you royalty statements and oh yeah... its free! What more do you expect?

It is best not to use this music distributor. Suddenly, I received a notification saying that the music on my account was suspected of using copyrighted materials. Without giving me a chance to prove it, all the music was removed and my account was permanently frozen.

Am reading through all these reviews and only received negative feedback from those who've used soundon however their issue is lack of communication ; ID not uploading and song rejection. My experience so far have been different. I didn't experience any of these issues. I currently distribute with Distokid; Cdbaby where majority of my catalog is at; symphonic and I have an account with lander. In my opinion if my music can reach millions through tiktok I should be able to capitalize on that through shows. If you're looking to make money from these distribution companies you've already failed. Use these platforms as an avanue to propell your career . Artist makes money from touring .In my opinion soundon is giving artist a platform to build a fan base . With this fanbase you can organize tours. Millions of views means promoters will book you. Stop complaining and utilize the opportunity. Ill keep you'll updated after my first month with soundon. However in the meantime I'll create songs especially for tiktok promotion. My other more conscious songs I'll use other platforms.
