I needed a high quality voice recorder on a budget and was completely new to this area of technology. Affter 2 days of searching on the internet I was as confused as when I'd started. I called Sound Exposure as they had the cheapest of the recorders that I thought I might want. Their price was so good I needed to check they weren't dodgy (the first one I tried was!) The sales team were so fantastically helpful. They spent ages chatting to me about the realities of what was on offer and what was best for me and there was no hard sell. I ordered online straight after the call and received the recorder the next day. I only wish that dealing with every company was as easy, helpful and good value as this one.

Very good experience with Sound Exposure. I purchased a pair of Beyerdynamic headphones but found them uncomfortable. Mark at Sound Exposure was more than happy to exchange them for some ATH M50's

I brought a sound devices mixpre-D from sound exposure and was happy with the price and communication and speed of delivery.

Sound Exposure came through as being the cheapest retailer of the product I was after, as well as offering prompt delivery without any messing around. It was all you should be able to expect from an online retailer.

Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered an item to an alternative delivery address, which was sorted quickly by payment through PayPal. The package was delivered within 2 days of my order, despite an estimated 2-4 day lead time. I needed the item by the Saturday night, so I was immensely impressed with the effort made to meet my requirements. Great customer service and very competitive prices.

My order arrived promptly as promised. The shipment had been damaged in transit (through no fault of Soundexposure, as it had been shipped directly from the manufacturer).

Mark from Soundexposure soreted out a replacement by return of post. An excellent service which i can highly recommend to anyone.

My purchase was a Fostex 6301BX Active Desktop Monitor. I have a specific use for it as a small fold-back monitor at the side of a lectern in a large hall to allow the lecturer to hear directly the output of roving radio stick microphones in the audience, but that doesn't preclude its use in other situations. It was a familiar item to me, because of my broadcasting background, where this loudspeaker is convenient in outside broadcasts situations when used as a studio fold-back loudspeaker or some form of talk-back loudspeaker. There are different versions of this same loudspeaker, and the one with a balanced XLR input is more expensive - so take care to compare like with like!

I searched many possible suppliers, and Soundexposure was the cheapest, with no delivery charge to be considered, and ordering was easy. Shortly after placing the order, I received a telephone call from Soundexposure to check with me that a single loudspeaker was correct (one after all would normally expect two). This told me that somebody was paying attention, and dealing immediately with the order.

My order was placed on a Friday with normal delivery (free, as I have already said), so a week-end intervened. It was safely delivered, and handed directly to me on the Monday. It was well packaged to deal with any poor treatment en-route, but there was no sign at all of any external damage and the loudspeaker was in mint condition.

The loudspeaker lives up to my expectations, and I was impressed with the excellent service provided by Soundexposure and would highly recommend the Company.

Sound exposure have been great following my purchase, informing me of due delivery dates etc. Its nice to know some sellers follow up their sales to this degree, can't fault them and I will certainly buy from them again.

I've bought quite a few products from Sound Exposure over the past few years and it's always been a stress-free process. I've dealt with Chris and Mark and they seem to know a lot about the products (just check out the descriptions on the web page) and if you ask a question, they'll come back with the answer which is reassuring knowing that they know about the stuff they sell. They are polite and helpful and seem to enjoy getting your purchase to you very quickly if it's not in stock.
The website is amazing and always worth checking before anyone else's site, as I know I'll invariably go back to these guys and buy the kit from them anyway.

Very helpful company, they didn't stock the item I required, but did stock other products by the same manufacturer; this presented no problem to them however and my item was dispatched within 2 days. Can't say fairer than that!
