Très mauvaise expérience. Les T-shirts commandés n’ont jamais été livrés. Malgré plusieurs réclamations auprès de l’entreprise, je n’ai obtenu aucune réponse, aucune explication et aucune solution.

Un service client totalement absent et un manque de considération évident pour le client. Être débité pour une commande qui n’arrive jamais est déjà inacceptable, mais ne recevoir aucune réponse après plusieurs relances l’est encore davantage.

Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise. Expérience déplorable du début à la fin.

Very bad quality! I want to return my product and nobody is answering

The delivery time is far too long, taking around fifteen days, and on top of that, the parcel is shipped directly from China, which is already very disappointing. What is even more concerning is the way they handle negative feedback: my comments were deleted from their Instagram page and my profile was then blocked. A rather questionable way to deal with unhappy customers…

No reply at all for en exchange of t shirt. (size) not a real company. Don t buy here !!!!

Comment dois-je procéder ?

J’ai déjà envoyé cette question 3 fois sans aucune réaction. Quel genre d’organisation est-ce là ?
Est-il vraiment nécessaire de déposer une plainte et d’aller plus loin dans cette affaire ?

Dans l’attente d’une réponse et des instructions à suivre.

Used to be a fan, but they advertised “Free Returns” for an extra fee and then turned around and said it was only “Free Exchanges”.

Just had two consecutive evenings with Vanessa’s Pilates and feeling the benefit in my butt and glutes!! Highly recommend this winter warmer!!

It's really terrible. The order says it has been delivered, but I didn't receive any express delivery and the customer service didn't reply. I will never buy any products from this place again.

The company is unreachable.

I have bought a defective item but the company doesn’t answer emails so I’m stuck with it, and out of pocket.

Avoid!

High quality clothing and fast delivery. I ordered a pair of trousers and they are perfect, true to size, high quality and reasonably priced.

WORST customer service ever. I will NEVER order from these again. The phone number just rings out and out you through to a stupid automated answer machine and don’t bother emailing them, again no answer
Apparently my parcel has been delivered but I have NOT received it and again the customer service is non existent and haven’t replied or helped. They are nothing but thieves

These are just about the worst company I've encountered for some time and that's saying something! My original order was never received. Replacement order eventually sent (but only actioned when non-receipt issue raised via Paypal). One of the items was unsuitable (too transparent), so returned this for refund. Receipt of this acknowledged by them, but then no refund forthcoming. Really abysmal customer service. Chased with them but they don't respond and don't want to refund your money. They are part of M&CO apparently. Avoid and buy elsewhere, it's not worth the aggro.
