Hi Gavin, thank you for your review. As a wholesale provider of bathroom products we supply SONAS products to a network of stockists who in turn sell to the trade and homeowners. As such when we provide quotes to our retail partners it is always ex VAT as this is a business-to-business transaction. However, all pricing quoted on our website and in our brochure is RRP (recommended retail price) which includes VAT. I do not know who you received a quote from that was an ex VAT amount. We would be very interested in this so we can ensure that this does not occur in the future. Professional help in a crisis
I recently had to install a toilet and radiator in an emergency situation.I contacted Claire in General Hardware in Newcastle West,Co Limerick.
I recieved great advice and information from this store. Claire contacted Irene in Sonas,who went through everything with me.
