We were late for our appointment, I phoned in to inform them. They are very understanding and still accommodated us with such professional manner. It was memorable moment for my husband and 2 daughter to see our lil one, and Debbie had explained everything to us with such enthusiasm. Thank you Debbie for a wonderful experience, this will not be the last!

Booked pelvic ultrasound appointment for 24 hours later, the sonographer was kind, understanding and clearly explained everything. Thank you.

We have been to Somerset Early Scans a few times already this pregnancy and can honestly say they are all lovely, very professional and just make you feel so at ease.

Absolutely amazing place to get scans. Staff are friendly, professional and the most caring people I have ever met. Wouldn't go anywhere else after 2 pregnancies with this company. Truly a wonderful experience and with such kind caring people.

Today we had our second scan with Beata, and once again she was lovely and made our experience great. After not having very good experience with someone else she gave us re assurance and went the extra mile, Highly recommend.

Debbie and the nurse were extremely friendly and put us at ease. Very thorough and asked if there was anything else we wanted to see which was nice.

Fantastic experience every time. Staff make you feel so welcome and relaxed they have really eased my worries.

Victoria was very welcoming and helped me feel relaxed. She explained how she would locate baby first before turning the screen on to show us. She explained all she could see on the screen as she showed us and we left contented with pictures of our pregnancy.

Victoria and Bridget made us feel very comfortable even though we were very anxious. They provided lots of information and were very friendly. The scan gave us peace of mind.

We had 2 early scans and were seen by Victoria & Bridget at the Paulton clinic. The clinic was easy to find with a good sized car park.
Victoria & Bridget were absolutely fantastic. So warm and welcoming. I was quite anxious & emotional but they were so kind, patient & reassuring. Victoria performed the scan and quickly told me she could see a heartbeat - those first few seconds can seem like a lifetime but she makes the conscious effort to reassure you very quickly which as a parent you are so grateful for! The scan was very thorough - both baby and I were checked, and we had some lovely pics to take home. I would highly recommend this clinic - especially Victoria and Bridget who were just wonderful

They were very reassuring and patient with us in a slightly difficult situation.
The staff are very knowledgeable and experienced

Everyone was really kind and friendly and made us feel at ease, it was all explained clearly and they answered any questions we had. The whole experience went above and beyond what I expected and ultimately calmed any worries I had.
The only thing I would suggest is an email after booking, just with any kind of prior information/things people might need to know before their appointment. All I received was a receipt, and both the number and email address on the receipt did not connect.

Beata and her colleague, Laura were so friendly which put me (as someone who was quite anxious) at immediate ease. I was given lots of information and had my questions answered clearly and in a reassuring manner. I felt like I was being given as much time as I needed and I really appreciated it. Definitely a worthwhile experience.

Victoria and colleague were very welcoming. This is our second time visiting Victoria and would recommend her to everyone. So friendly and put your at ease the whole time.

I went for a reassurance scan at 7 weeks and couldn't be happier with the service we were provided. Best money we have spent! The staff were really understanding, friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommend!

Great experience, I’ve had 2 early scans and the other day had a 4d scan. Beata was so kind and lovely felt so comfortable, would recommend her to anyone. Would definitely come back here again if I need to.

I’ve now had three private scans at Somerset Early Scans and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I saw both Victoria and Beata who were both incredible. One at 5w6d with Beata when I was very anxious after a MC at that time. She quickly confirmed the heartbeat and both her and the support were so warm and kind. I went back at 10w4d with Victoria being a bit nervous again and again was in awe at seeing movement - she lovely, professional and warm in equal measure. Got amazing photos I started to share with close ones. Finally I went yesterday at 15w and brought my Mum with me. That is probably the most well spent money of my life allowing her to see and share in the joy. I now have pictures of long legs and saw so much. I’ve no doubt regardless of an outcome you are in the absolutely best hands here.
