I can't log in to my SolisMarkets…

I can't log in to my SolisMarkets account and their website seems to be down/ missing. I have requested a withdrawal from my account since 2024, sent several follow up emails and this company has stopped responding. My request for a withdrawal have not honoured . I give this company zero stars and will be reporting them to the police.

Despite daily reminders for withdrawal of my money, they just do not reply and they do not really care.
They make you deposit your money and then that is it, no withdrawals, the money is theirs.

This Company is very difficult to payout Withdrawal requests.

This company creates the impression that they are the best in the Marketplace - and I must admit that they are not bad at all UNTIL you try and withdraw some of your Invested funds - the 24hr timeframe they give you for someone to help you never materializes and you can forget trying to contact them by E-mails, phone calls, Whatsapp or any type of communication method, they just don't respond or come back to you at all. Amazing how many of their customers have the same complaint ....

This company is not legit please don't get fooled by investing on this platform this year on may l invested expecting to get my profit but it never happened the person who handled my account told me that he's going to Dubai to recruit stuff there and since then I lost my investment and I'm still trying to call them but no luck even my emails they don't reply.they are scammers don't waste your money you will lose it

Solismarkets, what a waste of time and endless struggles.

I have opened an investing account by SolisMarkets on the 25 March 2025. SolisMarkets did not inform me, that the first 7 days is only a trail period and after this period, a minimum of $1000 (approximate R18 000) needs to be added into your trading account to extend the trail period. When I was unable to deposit the extra $1000 on top of the existing account of $604.70, the pressure and trouble started. The account manager suggested that I borrow the funds on my home mortgage or go into overdraft on my bank credit card to be able to come up with the funds. I asked to close my account and for the money to be paid back to me. After numerous failed telephone call attempts to the Solismarkers Support telephone line (from their webpage), I started to send numerous mails and left messages on their support e-mail account, they responded. With all the struggles, telephone calls and emails been send, I only received only my deposit amount back. The remaining $404.70 that was generated on my account wasn’t paid back to me. My conclusion, because they are so reluctant to pay the remaining funds over to me is that SolisMarkets wants to keep the funds generated on my account. I am warning every one, to think very carefully, before investing your money into Solismarkets. They claim that they are registered at FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority), but have a look on the Moonstone Information Refinery, on the article where "FSCA investigating Solis Markets following complaints from investors", whereby it stipulated that FSCA is investigating Solis Markets on complaints from investors. If I had seen this article before, I would never trusted them as a “Share Stock Market Investor”. The complaints and bad reviews of people regarding SolisMarkets, is true. Be warned.

At the time of registration, all clients agree to our Terms & Conditions and Withdrawal Policy, which clearly outline the structure and the requirements for account activation. These documents are publicly available in the Legal Documents section of our website.

Your initial deposit was fully refunded, in line with our policies. However, as also outlined in our T&Cs and Withdrawal Policy, profits generated are subject to specific withdrawal conditions. Unfortunately, those conditions were not fulfilled in your case, which is why the profit balance was not released.

We do not condone any inappropriate pressure regarding funding decisions, and we are reviewing the matter internally to ensure all communication remains in line with our standards.

Hey all - please help !!!!!!

Hey all. i started off with 250$ and then a woman named Jessica convinced me to deposit another 2000$, she assisted me with a few trades and told me to do nothing in the next week as she is going away for work or something. I lost all due to her negligence and then she said it was her mistake to she will use company bonus so that i can try and get back what I lost which i did not. In fact i've started to even lose more. then someone from their acc recovery department assisted me and advised to deposit more to help recover my acc, over a few weeks another 3800$ was deposited. none of that was profit from their bonus. it is all my own money I deposited, now that i want to withdraw it they find any excuse not to do so even though i tell them its rightfully my money and i want it urgently, the support department keeps emailing that an agent will contact me however that does not even happen anymore because i insist on getting my money back, please can someone legally assist me, i've been through so much with this company in the last year and its really been draining me. i just want my money thats in the acc (and take the first loss due to their negligence) and then they will never hear from me again, i consider this now a theft case as im being ignored and withdrawal are being refused, can anyone please assist me.

I invested R1800 in Oct 2024 in Solis…

I invested R1800 in Oct 2024 in Solis Markets and was subsequently contacted by Lucas Levine to tell me that he did a trade for me at a profit of R400. My laptop is broken so we cud not go onto the platform. Thereafter I was contacted by Robert who said I had to invest more Capital to be able to trade duccessfully. I told them from the beginning that I do not have spare funds to invest. Do I then told Robert I want to withdraw my funds. I completed the withdrawal application beginning of Jan this year. To date nobody has contacted me nor have I received a refund. I am a pensioner, 81 yrs old, and now need that money urgently. Please help me to get my refund. Thank you
