Pretty darn good
I'm not a web dev, hell I'm not even in IT but I've spent the lat 10 years or so self teaching/running an eCommerce site that works out pretty well for the most part.
Now and then, I either break said site or decide to just rebuild it because it looks a bit old and that's when I've had a good experiance with Soft sys.
It doesn't matter what time I message or even day for that matter, but it's always the same guy that messages back - Brad Hack and solves whatever dumb problem I've caused myself with minimum fuss no matter how many times I message back.
I've had around 3 hosting companies over the years, but none were as good

Very responsive customer service
We hosted both a virtual server and a physical server with SoftSys for the last 7 years. Uptime was phenomenal with both servers. When there were rare issues SoftSys was quick to get someone to investigate very quickly and get us back online with very short down time. Couldn't be happier with the customer service experience.

Softsys customer service always…
Softsys customer service always awesome. They quickly respond and address issues. We are non profit org and have been windows shared hosting with them from almost for 8+ years now. Customer service response is the main factor for us to stay this long apart from cost savings options

Great Customer Support
We have been using SoftSys for years and are very happy with our up time and especially the customer support. More than once we have had an urgent need for technical support and SoftSys has always helped right away.

Total waste of time
Total waste of time. Order rejected as "high risk" with absolutely no effort to alleviate their concerns. Instead, got a rejection with an entitled "good luck with your new host". The response funny enough was from Ruchir Shastri, who appears to be the Founder/President of the company. Seems like I dodged bullet with this one based on the other reviews.

We're sorry for your experience while placing an order with us - however, we use an industry known anti-fraud system which helps us to protect us by blocking orders that are deemed to be of high risk. Your order had a very high fraud risk score - apart from other factors, you had billing location in one country, phone number of another country and actual location from where order was placed was a third country (the IP address from where this order was placed was also showing up as used for past potentially risky activities). We understand that this may not be a perfect outcome for you, but we need to safeguard our business and customers by ensuring that our environment is not endangered by potentially risky customers who may be using our services for activities that violate our ToS and AUP.
Does not care about customers.
After canceling all services and selling the company. Softsys kept the server going for over 2 years. When I finally found the charge was still happening. They offered no help in shutting the service off or disconnecting my payment. Tried telling them that the server hasn't been used in years. They show me a screenshot of .4mb download per day and tell me that it is "very much in use". Yeah by updates. This site is a bunch of crooks.

Great VPS service
I've had a VPS on here for like five years now. The uptime is excellent, support is great (I'm on the "expert" support mode, so really just reach out to them if my VPS is frozen, which is pretty rare). There's thousands of VPS providers on the internet, this is one of the exceptional ones with a great cost:performance value.

Fast and complete service and support
Fast and complete service and support! I've had very minor issues, mostly things that I could've done myself but just couldn't. I'd send in a low priority ticket and in less than an hour, I'd have not only a response, but the problem completely sorted! And I'd also learn something too! Highly recommend!

Perfect.
Let me open by stating I use their low tier cheap offerings. This tier has been reliable, and trustworthy. Great general purpose offerings at an excellent price. Support at this level is absolutely astounding. I recommend them to all my entry level associates. When I need higher tier services they will be high on my list simply because of support and the overall great experience with thier inexpensive products.
