I’m extremely disappointed with how I’ve been treated as a customer.

My first order never arrived, so I contacted the company to report the issue. This was completely out of my control and clearly a problem with their delivery or supplier.

Despite this, I decided to place another order. However, before it was even dispatched, Claire from Soft Floor Company called me and said that because of the previous issue, she would not be continuing with my order and would instead refund me. I found this very unfair, as I had done nothing wrong.

What made things worse was how the call was handled. I wasn’t even given the chance to fully explain or respond before she abruptly hung up the phone, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially when the issue was not my fault. If there are problems with orders not arriving, the company should be reviewing their own processes rather than refusing service to customers.

Overall, a very disappointing experience

I found the website easy to buy from and had a quick delivery the mats are super quality easy to clean and simple to lay

Simple and easy website, delivered by APC on time for our event, thick foam mat quality, best yet.

Needed quite a few mats quickly, phoned up and they helped out greatly, let me pop in a collect, and the tiles are great standard, only thing I would say is items sell out quickly

I bought their foam tiles which are terrible quality.
The connectors came apart after a few hours' use and the tiles have holes in them.
When I told them they said I'd been using them "the wrong way round" and that they won't refund me since I used them already.
Consumer legislation, of course, protects against that kind of mistreatment but what is a consumer to do?
They charge an arm and a leg for delivery too.
I will see if I can get anywhere through the PayPal dispute centre. But the moral of the story is unfortunately: never buy from small no name businesses. Their customer service will almost certainly let you down!

Really disappointed. Needed a floor in a hurry. Spoke to Mark on the phone who said he would email a quote that day. 4 days later and nothing - despite 3 emails during that time. Pretty poor show, not impressed and prefer to take my £2000 to spend elsewhere.

Quick delivery and had an easy time speaking to customer service to rearrange my delivery I wad even called by the driver to meet at my door. The mini dance floor is superb

I had a very bad experience, on delivery but specially on customer service, as they haven’t follow up on my requests to enquiry forward on a miss delivery.
They only got back to me quite rudely the fist time, saying that I should contact police! After that I have never got a response to my emails. I lost my order and the money and I have been treated with a luck of care that is very unusual for how company work in this days.
I won’t recommend this company unfortunately.

I have to come to the defense of these folks because I read some bad reviews on here and hesitated to order. I called in advance for advice on what to get, I bought it, they shipped it, it arrived quickly via tracked service. I have no complaints.

Great service. Spoke to Mark who advised we get a different soft floor for our needs and it was perfect. Accommodated second addition to the order at no extra cost. Speedy delivery with 2-hour time slot, both orders arrived together as promised. Excellent product, just what I was looking for. Would highly recommend.

Affordable, 3-5 business days on delivery, decent product. No complaints.

Be aware your delivery slot will be a whole day. This was standard delivery option £6.95 you can pay more and maybe that will get a set delivery slot.

Do not use this company. The customer service is atrocious. The so called ‘sales manager’ Mark Bacon has been nothing but rude and sarcastic when contacted about receiving marked mats.
I would highly advise shopping elsewhere.

Very poor customer service. I cannot comment on the quality of goods because I have been unable to install them due to only receiving half of the delivery, of which was damaged anyway. Reported immediately to duramat who made me jump through hoops sending evidence to all sorts of email addresses and now no response. I am £700 out of pocket at the moment and it’s as good as been robbed from me with no products fit for purpose.

Love the flooring but customer service is awful. After receiving my order in July, I could not get in touch with them at all to resolve a problem. It took 2 weeks for a first response then after some back and forth, my problem wasn’t resolved. I was asked to get back in touch in September. I got back in touch in September not only in relation to my original problem but also to enquire about purchasing some more flooring. It’s been a month and still no response.

Ordered mats for a dog training room. I was advised which ones to purchase over the phone having explained my needs. The mats were heavily marked after the first use. Emailed to complain and a month later I have heard nothing. I'm about to email them again and will phone if I don't hear in a few days. Very dissapointed.

The service we have received form Softfloor has been absolutely fantastic.

We ordered a tap dance floor from them which was promptly delivered the next day. Unfortunately it was the wrong colour but we phoned the company and the next day the correct colour was delivered and the wrong one taken back.

After speaking to the sales rep we decided on the Checker Plate PVC tile for our garage floor. We made the right choice as the garage floor tiles look awesome in our integral garage. We opted for a colour pattern and were slightly limited by stock but rather than wait we chose to change the design slightly and were glad we did! Great quality floor tiles, easy to fit and super fast delivery!
