I bought a La Liga football shirt this morning, I was unsure of Soccerbox having not heard of them. I used their chatbox and rang the company, also checked the reviews. I spoke with David at Soccerbox and after the call I ordered the shirt.
David was professional and answered all questions even measured the shirt as no size chart available. Being of a generation that prefers shopping in the High Street, I am very happy to recommend Soccerbox from my personnel experience today, I chose click and collect as we have a friend in Stafford, cannot fault the service.

First time using the company and NOT disappointed, fast & efficient transaction. Will be using them again!

Was a bit worried ordering from a company that I hadn't ordered from before, but was the only place I could find the full kit all available in stock with the personalisation I needed. Everything came 3 days later, all wrapped perfectly and exactly what I'd ordered ( unlike the other famous sports shop I'd ordered from before). So pleased finding these, another company to buy genuine kits from, seems most people buy fake and it's hard sifting through to get the genuine kits. These are 100% , will definitely be buying more from them in future.

I would implore anyone getting a personalised kit to avoid Sports Direct and the other high street retailers and go straight to these guys.

Ordered 2 personalised boys Fulham shirts on Wednesday evening. Thursday morning I got a text from Jackie at Soccorbox to confirm my order since they boys shirt number were 1 and 2. She explained 1 is for goalkeeper... Shows you the extent of my football knowledge. We got to have a little giggle and then I said I picked 1 for first born and 2 for second born. I was actually purchasing as a replacement / size up. My youngest is autistic and likes to elope. The shirt is sooo bright (neon) that when he runs off I can't miss the little monkey. This shirt is a game changer for me (tempted to buy a few more) She was so lovely to chat with.
So anyway I ordered 7pm Wednesday.
Spoke to Jackie Thursday. That evening I got an email, she had confirmed, printed and shipped my boys shirts that same day!!!
Saturday they arrived!

OMG what a turn around.
Their service is exceptional. Love that they really check each order, as you never know... Their turn around is crazy. When my doorbell went I wasn't expecting it to be the shirts.
Print was exactly as it should be.

Haven’t received my order yet after paying extra to get next day delivery. Would love to rate Soccerbox if I had item but FedEx who they use are a complete nightmare - didn’t put parcel in safe place as requested and didn’t ring doorbell. I was told I had a ‘final’ opportunity for it to be delivered so was asked to give yet more instructions which they could then ignore! No 3rd delivery attempt and now told I’ve got to drive 30 miles to go and pick it up.
