I can't recommend this company enough! I order their Bamfords 20kg rabbit pellets every 5-6 months, it's almost identical to Heygates rabbit choice pellets but cheaper, comes in a far more resilient sack, and my rabbits are far more excited by it than Heygates, rejecting fresh green food from the garden & treats in favour of it. I also order food for the2 sets of annual nesting birds that choose the trees in my garden, their fledglings & feeding of other winged visitors throughout the year, and they're so excited by me refilling their feeders that they don't even wait for me to leave before flying in, particularly the wood pigeon pair, who always seem to be telling me to hurry up so they can eat! My latest order was placed on Sunday evening, so they wouldn't have been able to action it until yesterday, Monday. I received it today, Tuesday, by 1pm, without paying for express delivery!!! Incredible products, prices & service; you truly couldn't ask for more.

Found this company via Google search, i ordered a 12.5kg sack of top flight parrot seed with fruit, this company were cheaper than anyone else, the seed arrived quickly via dpd, boxed and perfect. Will definitely use them again.

I have tried to buy £106 worth of duck and swan food but to no avail. I lost count of the number of grids with poor, small, grainy photos. I was asked to complete identifying this or that so they could take my money that I have eventually given up. Complexity of process and security of process are not the same thing. It may be that in due time I will be surprised and receive my order (I confirmed it with my credit card provider's security request), but then again, some day the sun may rise in the west.

Reason to try Soar Mill Seeds...
Changed my large volume bird food from J&J due to black weevils too often, not to mention huge price hike. They need to change their packaging.
*So Soar Mill Seeds offered a cheaper choice, Not exact same mix but looks good & whole bag was clean, dust & bug free.
Smell isn't wonderful (possibly the suet pellets) but as birds have limited olfactory sensors & tastebuds I'll see if it puts them off. Watch this space.....
Service & delivery 'second to none' Was concerned when I saw was DPD courier.. However, the delivery went very smoothly.

We have just received more quality food for our birds from Soar Mill Seeds. There are 2 ways of buying top quality seeds from this company - firstly from Soar Mill or Food for birds, I find both parts of the company to be really good.
Their prices are really good and the deliveries really prompt.
This delivery was 20k of scatter mix for our pigeons, which they really go through fast and are always hanging around for more
The quality of their sunflower hearts is bakery quality and they are eaten quickly
The fat granules pellets that our birds really like are the berries flavours and tend to be favourite most of the year.
And finally the chopped peanuts are really enjoyed.
That is the main foods that we give our birds and the quality is always up the highest standards and really liked + the prices are good
So Soar Mill Seeds and Food for Birds gets my vote

Nest box was damaged and when contacted to ask for a replacement my elderly parents were asked to provide photographic evidence. I said this was not possible due to no digital access as I live 6 hours away and I was then asked if a neighbour could do it! Disgraceful customer service especially to the elderly who have no digital accessibility.

Both first and second orders were wrong ,suet pellets missing but suet balls sent , whole coconut suet feeder missing but half sent instead. Have contacted this company a few times but have yet to have an apology or explanation. Bird food is good , not the best but good but the customer service is terrible

Well,Soar Mill supplied us with
some really good chopped peanut and other top quality bird foods at a very good price .
I find the quality of products supplied really good and have recommended them to friends+ the company is very reliable when it comes to delivery.

Problem with order and they don't even have the courtesy to reply to my emails about it. Would avoid in the future.
