I placed an order @ TWD shop. It was sent in separate shipments, no problem. I ordered a coffee mug and the words are cut off on both sides. I have tried repeated times to contact them through email so I can get it replaced and the email on their website DOES NOT WORK! This company is who fulfills the orders, so here I am! I would like to get a replacement mug. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on TWDU merchandise and have had very few problems until now. ORDER number TWD122953 Black Mug that says THE WALKING DEAD ON BOTH SIDES .

We ordered a backpack for our daughter’s first year of school. She picked it herself and is devastated it isn’t coming for her first day as projected. As a matter of fact, we paid nearly $90, including a $24 expedited shipping fee to ensure it would arrive in time. For. A. Backpack. It still isn’t here. It still hasn’t even been SHIPPED. The payment has been taken. We attempted to reach the business who will not respond via email. At this point the only acceptable resolution is the item being delivered ASAP as well as a refund of the expedited shipping fee as the shipping was NOT expedited. Also the item shows online as shipping in 4 business days. With standard shipping.. this is insane. This need resolved promptly. The lack of communication regarding delays of the item (literally no communication from them since the order whatsoever) and lack of response regarding the issue as well as the lack of fulfillment at this point is unacceptable.

It’s helped tremendously with getting my new business off the ground. Highly recommend.

Update: my order arrived in the end without any customs charges to pay - I think I was lucky, as the customs docket that the company had filled in was incorrect, and it stated the total declared value to be over £250, when in fact the total value was just over £60. The error seems to have been because the total order value was listed against each of the four items, and this then added up to over £250. Communication and help from the company was not great, and I would be wary about ordering again

Despite the ".co.uk" address, and the head company being based in London, my order was dispatched from the Czech Republic and I have been informed by Royal Mail that it is likely that I will face a customs charge due to the "declared value"... My order was under the value which triggers customs anyway, so can only presume the company has not labelled the parcel correctly. The company has not been helpful resolving this, only saying that they apologize for the inconvenience, and ignoring the fact that their website has misled me. I will be contacting Trading Standards. Other than that, the order was easy to place - just "buyer beware" that there may be customs charges to pay on top of any order

Bought a Windows 95 Ugly Sweater from the Xbox Gear Store, which is specifically mentioned to be run by this company. This was a product I was incredibly excited over, as Microsoft had done limited runs of these to specific developers before, and finally sold to the general public.

Apparently they decided to never notify me that it was shipped out, and didn't notify me about the failed attempted delivery, meaning the package ended up at a pickup point without my knowledge, where after a few weeks it was shipped to sender.

After having to painfully dig this info out of their pathetic customer service, they steadfastly refused to help me out, claiming the package was "lost" despite tracking showing otherwise, because why go to the return box and fish out the order to fix your mistake and make a customer happy?

They also constantly delayed on refunding me, which I had to force with a PayPal case. And in the end, I didn't want the money, I wanted the product! Absolutely disgraceful, this place DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. I really hope Microsoft terminates their contract with them!
