Very good service
Very good service, highly recommend. Initially there was a delay in reply to whatsapp but when I got in some trouble with some forwarding mail companies, they jumped in and even replaced my order. Really appreciated 🙏. Keep the good work up , will definitely order again but I hope they include KSA into their delivery destinations. 👍👍👍👍👍stars

Massive nconsistency in quality
The inconsistency of the earplugs in a pack are unreal!!!! They are all different thickness most are actually too small which means loose in the ear canal and defeat the purpose of blocking sounds. I would not recommend any of their products! The coloured ones transfer the colour inside your ear.....frankly horrible!

I know you've had a lot of problems with a range of online stores recently and have written a lot of one star reviews, but I'm sorry that you are also dissatisfied with the earplugs you ordered from us. Foam earplugs do sometimes get squashed during delivery but will return to their standard size when unpacked. It's very surprising if they didn't provide a good fit in your ear canal. These are some of our most popular earplugs and we haven't had comments like these from any of other customers. We've contacted the technical department at the manufacturer to check if they've ever had anyone report the type of issues you've described.

Sent the wrong product, I contacted them on their WhatsApp number, I did get a response fairly quickly, stating it would be resolved, by now they are not replying to my messages.
Seems strange as they have some good reviews, but I've had poor service and it's hasn't been rectified. Use a different supplier!!!

Ordered new earplugs which were sent…
Ordered new earplugs which were sent singular in a paper bag, previous orders came wrapped in pairs. Tried them and they were unsuitable as hurt my ears. Contacted Snorestore and they would no refund as I had used 1 pair, and as they weren’t individually wrapped no refund was available. The customer service was unprofessional and emails verged on being rude. Not my fault they sent them out like a bag of sweets. Won’t be using again and have since found my earplugs are a fraction of the price elsewhere

Some of our customers are keen to avoid the plastic that many earplugs come packaged in. That's why we launched our Super-ECO range. They come simply packed in paper and are posted in a card envelope. Our website still offers lots of products that are traditionally packaged e.g. with individual pairs wrapped in plastic or in their own little plastic holders. I'm sorry that you we so dissatisfied with our products and our company.
Snorestore was excellent!
Snorestore was very responsive to a query about earplugs for me - a woman with small ear canals. They suggested several types of earplugs to try and sent them out to me very quickly. I then ordered more of the best ones for me (Mighty Plugs) and they were delivered promptly (especially given the current strikes). The suggested Mighty Plugs block a LOT of noise, NNR 34, are soft and comfortable and I've reused one pair over 10 times and they still work really well and remain comfortable. Thank you Ned and Jessica and all at Snorestore for better sleep!

Resolved my ear plug search!
I bought a selection of ear plugs as I was having trouble finding some that suited my ears. I only found one suitable pair in the pack but that was enough! I’ve now ordered more of this type. It was much easier than ordering them all separately. I’m now sharing a bed with my husband for the first time in a year now I’ve found ear plugs that I can sleep in.

I live with Snorey McSnore so these ear plugs are a must, they are soft and easy and comfortable to wear and most importantly keep the noise out so I can sleep. Service and delivery are always good
