Messy to use and needs a major cleaning of sinks and surrounding areas after use . I wouldn’t waste my money , liquid soap and dispensers are so much better

Great product
My wife and I have been using SNOAP several times every day now for over 6 weeks. The main dispenser is stuck to our bathroom wall tiles using the fittings supplied. We followed the simple instructions and, knowing it is very firmly in place, we’re confident of its durability. We’re also very pleased with the product itself and will definitely be buying more refills……when the ones in the “package deal” eventually run out!

There's never enough soap that comes…
There's never enough soap that comes out. Soap falls off the prongs really easily. Above all, my skin hates the formula (It really makes my hands itchy and dry). I would rather just have a grubby old fashioned soap bar or use a liquid hand wash!
Oh yeah, and both options I said I prefer would actually be much less environmentally wasteful. Because they actually work properly!

Xandri, Thanks so much for taking the time to write this review - and of course for your order. There are two reasons you would not be getting enough SNOAP out of the dispenser; 1) You are not turning the top enough to dispense your desired amount (this is unlikely as a 1/3rd turn is all you need). 2) You are turning the top anti-clockwise and therefore releasing the pressure from the soap as the feeding ring is unwinding, instead of winding downwards.
I'm totally shocked to hear your skin "Hates the formula" as all of our bars are dermatologically tested. It may be possible that you are not thoroughly rinsing your hands after washing them as they should not be dry and itchy either.
You have stated that liquid handwash is "Much less environmentally wasteful" which I must say is simply not true. SNOAP has less than 10% the carbon footprint of liquid wash - which is actually called wash as it's detergent - it cannot be called soap, it is in effect the same as washing-up liquid, but of course, if you prefer to wash in that, it is your choice.

Terrible product
Terrible product. Does not work if mounted in the shower cubicle. Just rotates, no snap released and fell off of the wall a few days afterwards. My partner contacted snoap and they refused to accept the return insisting that it works despite it clearly not.

I am so sorry to hear you think SNOAP is a terrible product. If there is no SNOAP coming out of your dispenser, it means that the feeding ring is not putting pressure on the soap inside the dispenser. We do also recommend ensuring the wall is clean and dry before applying the nano-suction tape. Many surface cleaners contain oil and this oil builds up on the surface, causing things not to stick to it. A simple wipe down with rubbing alcohol will remove any buildup enabling the tape to stick. We do also recommend holding the wall mount on the wall for 60 seconds, and not mounting your dispenser one the wall mount for 24 hours - just to ensure it is firmly stuck.
I'm am sure you understand that used personal care products cannot be returned. We have a thorough returns policy which can be found on our website and as discussed with your partner, we are happy to refund unused products, but we cannot refund used ones - I think that is only fair. I hope this has helped with using SNOAP - please remember to turn the top clockwise to ensure continual downward pressure is applied to the soap - if you turn the top anti-clockwise, this releases the pressure and eventually no further SNOAP will be dispensed. Smells lovely
Smells lovely. Keeps everything tidy. Soap and shampoo both lather well. I’m very happy. I don’t need the holder to hold 2 bars though. I’d be even happier to have a smaller unit.

If there was only one bar, the dispenser would have to be empty before you could add more - as a mum of three, I didn't want the children to have "there's no SNOAP" as an excuse to not wash their hands, hope that makes sense. Bye bye single use plastics
Great product design, beautiful soap & shampoo.noticed a negative earlier review from a former microbiologist who really is missing the whole point.this product replaces those bars of soap that all have been using some who might just pick up the bar then wash hands under a tap.is the bar dirty or clean who knows ? As regards going to the toilet & then having to turn the top of the snoap dispenser to release the untouched soap to wash your hands your hands are now clean.so when the next person comes along turns the snoap dispenser ( because their hands are dirty) cleans their hands,dry them & carry on.if your that concerned about the top of the snoap dispenser being unclean you could always wipe it down with a wet wipe or similar.the point is if your turning the snoap dispenser YOUR WASHING YOUR HANDS.
Now I've got that off my chest here are the Great points.
1. Great smelling not too powerful easy to lather soap & shampoo
2 Great looking dispensers that are easy to load & use once you follow the instructions.
3. Will definetely save you money in the long run & save the planet from those single use plastics.
4.look great in our bathroom & with 2 different colours 1 for soap & 1 for shampoo easy not to get mixed up.
5.Lisa the founder & project manager will honestly answer all questions & anything else about snoap.
Honestly give it a go you won't be dissapointed you can see the soap/shampoo bars so know when it's getting low.how many times in the shower have you picked up an empty plastic shampoo bottle ? What about all those remnants of soap bars that slide out of the soap holder onto the shower floor,just twist & go with snoap for soap & shampoo.( that sounds like a tag line).haha

Lovely, though difficult to set up.
THE PRODUCT, ONCE USED, IS BEAUTIFUL. BUT, I wonder if I received all the instructions because what I would have liked is an easy diagram of what to press and pull so as to open the dispenser as I didnt want to break it, and how to put the soap in which I found a bit difficult and I reckon I am pretty clued up. It took me ages to work out how to put the soap in as it kept falling out and the door kept trying to close and the thing to slide down would not slide half the time. The shampoo bar was nicely wrapped but nowhere did it say it was the shampoo bar. I thought I hadn't received a shampoo bar until I went back to the internet and my original order and saw a picture of the shampoo bar. It's lovely, but the equipment is a bit cumbersome. I bet they get that right soon.

In your order would have been a letter with QR codes on, which give video instructions - they walk you through each step of the process and people are not only loving the videos, but finding them very useful. I will of course take your thoughts into account and maybe we should include both, we're trying to keep the amount of paper we use in each order to a minimum to keep our footprint as low as possible, but it is definitely something we will look at. Many people are loving SNOAP and finding it super simple to set up, I'm sure when you have reloaded your soaps, you will find it easy too. Not well thought out
I bought Snoap as it sounded like a good alternative to soap and liquid soap, however as a retired Microbiologist after using this product I am sorry I bought it. After using the toilet or with muddy hands, etc the first thing I have to do is turn the dial on the machine to release soap (snoap), then adding water I can wash my hands, however I have now contaminated the dial on the machine, which means the next time I or anyone else uses the device they will pick up all the dirt/faecal infected hands from previous use, this would not occur with liquid soap as you could use the back of your hands to pump out some soap. I am surprised Dragons on Dragons den didn't have the savvy I respected them for over such a basic hand cleaning failure.

Thank you for your order and your time to write this review. I am sorry to hear you wish you hadn't bought SNOAP, as thousands of people are loving it. I totally understand your point about contaminating the dispenser, but you then go on to wash your hands and remove the contaminants - you do not have to touch the dispenser after you have washed your hands. Any other people touching the dispenser after you, will also wash their hands after touching the dispenser and therefore remove the contaminants. You are correct, some people use the back of their hands to dispense liquid, but the majority do not. I can assure you to be featured on Dragons' Den, SNOAP passed rigorous due diligence, before and after the filming, and all five of the Dragons who we pitched SNOAP to are extremely experienced business people who saw nothing but a fantastic product. I'm sorry you feel they let you down, we have thousands of people who feel very differently and are loving SNOAP. I'd like to thank you again for giving me the opportunity to discuss your issues. Good product.
I ordered at the weekend and it arrived today. I found it a bit fiddly initially to load the soap bars but I scanned the QR code on the leaflet included and watched the 'how to' video and got it sorted.
I used the sticky strip to stick the unit to the tiles on my bathroom wall and it's firmly in place.
I love the idea and it works really well, but I look forward to the development of a smaller unit. Overall really happy with the purchase.

Did you notice that we have On-the-Go Dispensers? They are filled using the main SNOAP Dispenser but are much smaller. We received the order on Wednesday.
I had a email to say that they were sorry and they are working as quickly as possible.
We received the order on Wednesday and the smell of the snoap was amazing!!!
We have set it up in the kitchen for the moment it’s quick and easy to use.
Just a little snoap and water and a very good lather. It also doesn’t dry your hands out
Would I recommend this product the answer is a very Big Yes thank you

Less is definitely more when it comes to how much SNOAP you need to a beautifully nourishing wash. Shocking service
Ordered on 1st March and still not arrived. I have emailed them 3 times and no reply. Considering this is new company I would expect better customer service but it's shocking. Just want my money back

I Liked the idea on Dragons Den and ordered it. It took five days to arrive.
As soon as I opened the box, my partner took an immediate dislike to the overbearing smell (fragrance)of the soap. She said the soap was aromatically far too strong and nauseous to her. And, that’s without removing the soap from its packaging.
In addition, the dispenser is too large and an unsuitable colour for our all white bathroom.
The bars of snoap are way too expensive at £5.00 + a pop.
Am sure lots of people will like this product.
I shall be buying a cheaper, smaller whiter version for £5.99 on Amazon this week. It also grinds the soap but, any soap bar.

Excellent Product and service
Excellent product which works very well. The Snoap customer service is first class too. The soap is easy to install , you only need a slight sprinkle to wash your hands very thoroughly. I would imagine that 2 bars when installed would last a very long time. This is a great product. I am going to to order more for my 2 bathrooms and 2 showers.

Well this is an update from my previous review. My snoap soap dispenser is now working well. It took us a good few days to get it working properly. I am now very pleased with the product and would recommend it. I just think its quite difficult to load properly and possibly better instructions would help. I would also like to thank Lisa for replying to my emails promptly.

Don’t buy until many improvements are made
I just received my package in the mail. First of all, the main container is extremely hard to figure out. Then once you finally get the soap into the container, it’s so hard to turn that I cannot imagine anyone with mobility issues will be able to operate the device. Secondly, it takes so long to actually get any product out that you would never fill those little shaker containers that they provide. It won’t go in my shower because I’m a renter and I can’t screw it into the wall and the sticky stuff won’t stick on our shower because of the type of tiles that we have in the shower. I can’t imagine I would want something like that in my shower anyway because it would get nasty once it was wet. I was hoping that I could dispense the soap into the shaker containers and use it that way, but that’s not going to work for me because it just takes too long to dispense the soap into the containers. As someone on here has said this is a good idea in theory but the execution of it is absolutely rubbish so I won’t be buying it again. I’m out.

Thanks so much for your order and for taking the time to write a review. When you received your order, included were a set of instructions with QR codes walking you through each step, including adding soaps to your dispenser. This video shows you where the feeding ring is, that it needs to be on top of the soap, and that it needs to be horizontal. If it is not horizontal, the door is hard to close and the top hard to turn - I'll pop the link to the video here in the hopes it helps:

When this is done correctly, a 1/3 turn of the top gives enough to have a really good hand wash. The Small On-the-Go Dispenser fills in 40 seconds and holds 350 hand washes. Obviously the larger one take s a little longer, but it is still quite quick. The Dispensers do not go "nasty" in the shower, unlike liquid bottles, they do not go mouldy or slimy. When set up correctly - which takes minutes the operation is simple - as per the other reviews here and on the website. It's awful
It's awful, sticky and leaves hands sticky and a mess on the basin. Really good idea in theory, but no one at my work likes it and staff bring in own liquid soap as alternatives.

I absolutely adore my SNOAP products
I absolutely adore my SNOAP products. I have a dispenser for shampoo and another for soap in my shower as well as on the go dispensers in my kids bathroom for them. The shampoo is insanely good, I love the way it lathers and leaves my hair squeaky clean.
Another thing I have noticed is my hands are always dry and cracked at this time of year, but i haven't had to use hand cream once since using SNOAP, which speaks for itself. Not to mention the amazing customer service from Lisa! I'm definitely hooked 🩵 thanks Lisa!!

This Dispenser is AMAZING! I love the thought of a solid bar, but hate the mess, the hair and sharing a bar, so this gives the best of both worlds. I’ll never go back to liquids!
