SMS locksmiths Recenzje

Really quick, professional and transparent with pricing. No scams, just £75 to get me back in within 15 mins of me calling them!

Great service, arrived within half an hour and repaired the lock for £89. Friendly and good communication

Amin came and saved me on a Saturday night at 9pm. Charged me a really fair rate to get me back into my flat + replacement. Thank you so much Amin! I feel very lucky.

Amin fitted a secure key box - he worked ahead of schedule, communicated really well through the process and did a great job

Amazing service - Simon was called out by my dad after my son got stuck in a locked bathroom. Simon arrived very quickly after being called out on a Saturday night after 9pm and managed to unlock the door. My dad couldn’t speak highly enough of the service and quick response time.

Great experience - really quick call out (30 minutes). Excellent service from Mikhail. Avoided breaking the lock, as he was able to retrieve keys from table through the letter box with a magnet. Also sorted a couple of other lock issues inside. Very fair price. Nice man.

Mihai came perfectly on time (even after I rearranged multiple times!) and explained all of my options to me, being very transparent about the pricing and benefits of each option.

He carried out the work quickly,, was very personable and tidied up after himself. My lock now works perfectly.

Couldn’t recommend enough.

Very quick response time and good quote compared to others. Came within 45 minutes and fixed the lock. Would highly recommend. Booked through Clapham branch.

Fantastic work by the locksmith who made quick work of getting us back into our property, as well as providing great advice on how to keep our house more secure in the future! Excellent job.

Mihai was incredibly helpful. We were quoted 30mins and he showed up in only 20mins. He was unable to open the door because it was faulty and not operating, and so he walked us calmly through our other options. Unfortunately, we had no window access or access through neighbors' flats, so our only option was to drill out the lock. He helped to describe why the lock was faulty and what the issues were, and then to suggest alternatives. SMS gave us the documentation we needed to show the landlord we had done our due diligence.

Mihai was so helpful. Locked ourselves out late in the evening. Mihai arrived within 20 minutes and talked us through our options. He was really helpful and replaced the lock in under half an hour. Gave us a really reasonable price for a big job.

George was extremely helpful and completed a difficult lock fitting on the same day.

I read the amazing reviews
So decided to call. No disappointment, George arrived, was on time, got straight to the job and completed quickly. All good and all in working order 👍 . Would definitely recommend.

Great experience - Saturday morning, locked out with small child and dog. Came in 30 mins and gave regular updates on location. Opened door quickly with no damage to lock and competitive price. Highly recommend

George charged me 120 pounds only to just jam the door open in a second, just because of the date being during the winter holiday. I’m a student who isn’t financially well off and I feel scammed

Locked out of my house, called SMS and George was here within 45 mins. Was quick, efficient and clear with what needed doing - took all the stress out of being locked out. Would recommend.

I do not trust this business and would never use again. I was burgled and needed to have my door locks changed. George claimed he fitted British Standard Insurance Approved locks. One of the locks is now jammed and I have since found out it is a cheap imitation.

Outstanding service. Arrived 30 minutes after my call and fixed the problem within a further 30 minutes. Helpful and polite, with a reasonable charge. Thank you Mihai.

George provided a wonderful service - He was fast, efficient and helpful. We will definitely be using his services in the future if needed.

Thank you George
