very well built product, once you tweak it for your exact phone you should be very happy, I was i use btoh XSMAX (iphone 10 model) and a Samsung Note 9 both work great!!!

they stand behind their product and they do not hesitate to make sure you have no issues.

First .. after I order my Smove I realized I needed to have it as soon as possible for am event that I was attending this week.

I sent an email to Smove Support to see if they can rush it of course I was going to pay for the overnight. Well to my surprise the response was immediate and I received the product today in less than 28 hours since I ordered.

I'm really amaze and blown away by Smove Team Service, I choose first class package international that will took about 15 day up to 30 day, but they inform me that they will ship it to me using faster method by DHL express, and it took only 5 day for the package arrived safely at me. Thank you so much!!!

Great product for the price - use it for vlogging and works great with my phone. Exceeded my expectations, customer service is responsive and helpful.

I initially purchased a Smove Pro Mobile and then realized after receiving it it was not the right gimbal for me. After setting up a return for refund with Smove and Smove receiving my return, I was emailed by a Smove rep named Sam who was assisting me through the process. Sam had noticed in the past email thread what I was looking for in a gimbal, and that I was better suited for the Smove Mobile. Sam then put together an exchange for me rather than refund and repurchase (SAVING ME ALOT OF TIME) and proposed an exchange. This worked out so much better and saved me so much time going forward!! Sam thank you very much for being intuitive to what I was looking for and also your super quick response times etc etc! Smove is lucky to have a rep like you, as for me my time is most important!!! Thank you again Sam and Smove and I look forward to the new unit and creating great content with it!

I bought a Smove in May 2018. By October 2019 (yes, of course, just a year and a few months out of warranty), the micro USB connector on the device would no longer connect tightly with the charging cord. I can't charge it anymore, so now it's useless. When I contacted support, they simply gave me a coupon for 28% off a new one. I feel like that's chump change compared to what I paid for the device that I can no longer use. I'm not sure spending over $100 for a new one will remedy the situation if the new one will be prone to the same problem. When I told them this via email support, I got a copy paste of the "out of warranty" line.

I love the SMOVE Stablizer so much that I bought a second one! I travel every weekend to hold dance workshops across the country and overseas, and the SMOVE Stabilzers capture these events in a versatile and amazing way! I also can not say enough about their customer service, especially Sam, who always responds very quickly. I so appreciate all of the help provided by Sam and I can say that I am a SMOVE customer for life!

Sent an email to SMOVE about a knob falling off my Smove Mobile - Within minutes I received a reply from Sam - he stated that a replacement knob was being shipped out the same day!

I would rate this as the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!

This is a great product for the price! I've used it for a Vlog that I have filmed in Sitka Alaska. I was amazed at how STABLE my videos turned out.

Way better than the dji. No micro stutter like the dji when panning. Works great with a note9.

I purchased one that was faulty. They would not have someone call me to discuss nor did they stand behind replacing it. When trying to get it resolved they were evasive. Emails only. Wait for response. Deal with someone new every time I would reach out. Very Sketchy.

I was not using my phone before to record video but I was geeking out watching the smove videos which I thought were beyond my ability. If the quality of your video is important for you I'm happy I got the smove and the flex, the quality has exceeded my expectations. Don't make the same mistake I did. I got a similar one before that was a cheaper knock off that fell apart. customer support was friendly and recommended an adapter for my gopro and i'm VERY happy with the results. now i'm making videos with both my phone and gopro that are getting great feedback giving me the confidence to do more - thank you smove!
I agree with this - Smove has unequivocally raised the bar on the professionalism and quality of my work. I couldn’t be happier with this product and highly recommend.

I ordered a smove, and was sent one that didn't work.
Had to spend several days trying to explain to a customer service rep that it didn't work, she kept asking me to unpair it, and wouldn't understand when I said it wouldn't pair.
I sent it back, expecting to get a new one, and then had to go through all kinds of process to get it back to them.
They initially wouldn't even give me the refund, and I had to complain several times for the refund. They kept telling me they would get back to me, and days would go by and I'd hear nothing. I ALWAYS had to reach back out and ask what the status of the refund was.
The good news is I am 100% uncharged. Wasted about 5 hours of my life, but at least I got all my money back.
But I found another device, it appears to be IDENTICAL, and costs like half the price. DON'T GET A SMOVE!! Get the Vimbal2 (they won't let me post the link, google it)! I love it! It feels EXACTLY the same as the Smove did, looks EXACTLY the same, and costs like $50 less! Smove customer service is garbage!

This product by far exceeding my expectations. As a content builder on the go and who works with dancers, all of my footage has me moving with what I’m shooting. Smove has unequivocally raised the bar on the professionalism and quality of my work. I couldn’t be happier with this product and highly recommend.

I got a GoPro adapter for my Smove Mobile, and combined with the GoPro camera stabilization it's utterly incredible! Best gimbal I've used yet, very east to balance and stabilize! Price is right as well!

Used mine a lot so far. LOOOOOVE it! Such a difference in my videos and using it is easy. Took a couple of hours to really get use to it. (And I mean being able to use it like a extension of the hand not just learning it)
So impressed with it. Battery life has been great! Phone went dead before the smove (I did not have it charging).
So many people (walkerbys) stopped to ask questions and were in awe.
I bought a similar one on Amazon (knock off) and it broke within a few hours of use. This is a bit more $ but I would buy this again.
I don't care for the case... looks umm questionable. Going through security, it looks suspicious and also very umm... well.... you know. Nonetheless, its worth protecting and there really isn't a better way. You won't see those people again and if ya do, they'll know.

Got mine almost a week ago and MORE than satisfied. I love the extension, it’s so much easier on my knees! I've since used it even more, and I find it worth every penny. Once you get used to moving it properly, and it does take a little practice, it's SMOVE as silk
