Used Smooth Cabs for a transfer to Southampton Airport and the experience was excellent. The driver arrived on time, the journey was smooth and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Very reliable airport taxi service and great value for money.

Excellent Service Every Time
I have used Smooth Cabs several times for both local journeys and airport transfers, and the service has always been excellent. The drivers are punctual, professional, and friendly, and the vehicles are clean and comfortable. Appalling Desk service
Appalling Desk service. When I complained that this was the second occasion that the cab had arrived in the wrong location. The person manning the desk rather than offering an apology instead provided an entirely patronising mantra of wanting to help me. All that was required was to provide a simple courtesy by way of the frustration and inconvenience I had been subjected too. I won't be using this company again
