I had Morpheus8 done by Hannah & I can honestly say what a great treatment for improving skin & fine lines. Hannah is really nice & friendly & very professional. Puts you at ease even though it is a little painful in certain areas. Booking my second one later this month. Would definitely recommend Hannah & morpheus8

Went to see Eduardo after reading great comments on goggle! I saw 3 different Denist’s beforehand who had told me the job was impossible! I couldn’t thank Eduardo enough. He made the impossible possible! Eduardo and his assistant Taya are very professional, explains every step and made sure I left 100% happy. The whole staff at Smileworks are all friendly and welcoming on each visit. I could not fault this place at all. Very happy with my teeth. If you’re thinking to get your teeth checked or fixed, Eduardo is your man.

I’ve been with this dentist for 3 years. They are extremely professional. Helpful and make sure they do all they can for a perfect smile. I would like to thank JK for all the help and support he has given to give me, give me back my perfect smile and confidence.

Had an Appointment with ( calls herself Dr MJ ) 3 weeks ago Botox and lip filler, left my face absolutely bruised. People thought I’d been attacked I was unable to go to work as I work with the public but I had a review today. Why did i bother going?? once again she used what I can only describe as excessive force of a needle leaving me the same as previously.
I’m not even sure if she actually injected my top up and she has all this so called experience and silly certificates around her building. I was seen as a model 6 months ago in the same place for a trainee who done a wonderful perfect job.
I do feel she has a personal underlying personality problem so fake, you cannot ask her a question as she takes offence. I asked what MJ stands for she looked at me as if I should of known and answered Mary Jane I asked if she’s Irish and she replied CERTAINLY NOT now my face injury’s are starting to make sense ! Apparently I really offended her, asked a few more questions as atmosphere was uncomfortable and once again didn’t think she wanted me sitting in that chair.
She’s rather expensive but just thought I’d see if I had a better result than other clinics and I’m absolutely sure I won’t be returning to her.

I had a composite bonding session with Paula and Marta and honestly, it was awesome. They were so chill, it felt like I was hanging out rather than sitting in a dentist's chair. The vibe was so laid back, no rush or anything, and I even fell asleep during the treatment – it was that relaxing! No doubt, I'd give them a thumbs-up to anyone. After this, there's no way I'm switching from Smileworks. They're my go-to dental crew now.

I have just recently finished my treatment at smileworks. I had two teeth extracted, a brace fitted for around 2 years, composite bonding and now I have retainers to wear at night to preserve all the work I have had. I am so happy with the results! I had always wanted a brace to correct my overbite and long front teeth. Dr Eduardo, in my experience is a true perfectionist and he has given me the smile that I am no longer trying to hide or am embarrassed of. For that, I am very grateful! I was a nervous patient, but I have total confidence in Dr Eduardo and all the team I have met on my many visits over the past couple of years! All are so professional, kind, helpful and excellent at what they do! Thank you Dr Eduardo and everyone at smileworks. I hope to return one day for those implants! If you are thinking of having treatment here, I would highly recommend 😊

Hadn't had a good dentist for years, glad I chose Smileworks from initial consultation to hygienist to root canal work, everyone has been superb, informative and friendly. Dr Patri and Joanna get special thanks for root canal work with no pain.

I grew up with a fear of dentists and had a denture in my mouth for 50 years. Until I met Sefa and Becca, I didn’t know what all the options were. They were patient with my low pain threshold and created a denture-free option using Maryland bridges. I am delighted with the outcome, just in time for my daughter’s wedding. A friendly, listened to experience I would highly recommend.

I’m all finished with my teeth transformation now! I had braces for just under 2 years with Eduardo and i could NOT be happier. I never expected the change to be so drastic! The entire process could not have been better from start to finish. I have just had my composite bonding done by the lovely Paula and Daisy which was the icing on the cake. I can’t stop smiling. I never would have thought that i could like my teeth after hating them for so long but i love them. I’m so thankful for everyone at smileworks!

Smile Works Liverpool is the best dentist I've ever been to I'm so happy that I chose to come to smilework I hadn't been to a dentist for over 10 years my hygiene was very poor but since I've been coming to smilework with in a month of having my teeth professionally cleaned and having to have fillings and also root canal treatment Dr patri &Joanna insured me I would receive NO pain during my root canal treatment i have felt no pain the smile works dentist are professional and caring please go to smilework s work s if you are afraid of the dentist you get excellent treatment from them

Can’t recommend this place enough, I needed a cracked wisdom tooth removed, I’m not a fan of dentists so was very reluctant, but from walking in to leaving I can’t fault the place, I had drew who was very professional, made me feel at ease and the procedure was quick and painless, definitely any other dental needs I’ll be coming back here!

Tom, Zoe, and Faye. We’re fantastic, absolute professionals. and made me feel relaxed straight away, I could tell I was in safe hands. aswell as being down to earth and friendly. We had a good chat and a laugh which made the whole experience incredible, I was a totally blown away with the results of my hygienist appointment with Zoe & Faye the girls were amazing. Tom gave me some great advice and arranged a dental plan for me to get my teeth and gums healthy again he definitely knows his stuff a true professional, I would definitely highly recommend smikeworks for all of your dental needs…

update: Gaslighting contnues. No apology received form Smileworks yet about denial of complaints existence etc. Settled out of court with the dentist who is working at Smileworks. Smileworks itself initally said 'there is no such complaint' with Johnsonian party like certainty.
Reviews are handled legalistically by Kennedys ( most recently Nico Fabri, that is Nico Fabri ). The lawyers, Kennedys tried to have review taken down ( x 2 ) arguing a distinction between Smileworks the company and the dentist that works there and made untrue assertions that 'there is always reflective learning' in their attempts. As you can see below and in the previous reivews and anonymous responses this is not the case. So I had treatment at Smileworks in Liverpool but the case was settled against the Dentist. At the time the law relating to suing of practices ( Vicarious Liability, Rattan) had not developed as it did before recent Appeal. I would have been happier if other avenues were available as I believe that the quality and safety of any organisation can be seen in how it deals with its failures. Note below the absence of apology and personal attack for example. Consider where you will be if something goes wrong during your treatment.
The practice staff member replying here chooses anonymity and did not have strong enough reflective practice to admit even the existence of complaints in a timely manner which leaves Smileworks customers taking all the risks that are associated with that style. Kennedys have made 2 requests using 2 different staff members ( and counting ) to have this review of my personal experence referring to the settlement out of court taken down despite underlying facts remaining the same. Do you want to be in a position where when things go wrong you receive legal threats ? Will keep you posted.

I had a very traumatic wisdom tooth removal a few year ago. I still hours after having this tooth removed can not believe how easy this was compared to a few years ago. Besides getting a clean this was the best experience in the chair.

Drew and Sarah took care of me and they were very professional the entire time. Chris was chatting in the right way and Sarah very attentive. These two really help to make the Smileworks team even stronger. Thanks for a rather easy tooth extraction.

I came to smileworks for bonding and whitening, I wanted a brighter smile and my teeth more even. Tom was amazing and took all of my ideas into consideration to help achieve my dream teeth, I couldn’t have asked for someone better through this journey. Melina was an assistant whilst getting my bonding and was fab too she was bubbly and chatting and I felt at ease through the process as I was quiet nervous.

I had a very bad experience at a dentist years ago and ended up going down to operating theatre.
I had been unhappy with my teeth for a while but I finally got the courage to get a brace with smile works. I can highly recommend smileworks .From the start to finish (yesterday when my brace was removed). Edwardo and his team made me feel so at ease . In 2018 I was finally given the answers to the problem with my teeth that I had lived with for 20+ years. Where previous dentists had suggested filing away my perfectly healthy teeth, my dentist at Smileworks suggested Icon treatment; which worked incredibly well and did not harm my teeth at all. On top of that, they accommodated the time frame in which I wanted to have the work completed. Because of the knowledge they had and the service I had received, I returned to have further work done in 2023. I have since undergone tooth bonding which was completed by Dr. Paula and Becca and I have further treatments scheduled. I have greatly appreciated the transparency to all of my questions along the way and find their level of skill to be top-tier. I am ecstatic to have found them and credit them for any compliments my smile receives.

Had the best dental experience today with the lovely Paula and Mili. They both chatted to me throughout my treatment and made me feel really comfortable . Over the moon with the results .
