Becca has been doing my facials for over a year now and always looks after my skin. Her facials are amazing, I get dermaplane and a chemical peel every 4 weeks, which leaves my skin looking amazing. Becca is really professional and I highly recommend Becca for any face/ skin care treatments at smileworks.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Smilework due to unclear and inconsistent pricing.
Before my treatment, the dentist explained one price to me. However, when I went to reception to pay, I was charged a different and higher amount, including charges for two treatments, which were not clearly explained or agreed beforehand.
I was also charged £180 for a “scan”. To my understanding, no scan was carried out. The dentist only took a few photographs, which appeared to be for internal records and were not explained as a separate, chargeable procedure before treatment.
None of these additional costs were made clear in advance, and I only became aware of them at the point of payment. I believe patients should be given transparent, consistent pricing before any treatment is carried out.
Because of this experience, I won’t be returning and would strongly advise others to ask for a written breakdown of all costs before proceeding.

on 4th dec went to smileworks for micro needling and some work on my retainers. Leah was AMAZING - took so much time to answer all my concerns and did an amazing pain free job. Kayleigh was next - again just wonderful and gave my wonderful
new smile a freshen up. THEN there’s Marnie Rache and Jay who are just the best - ALWAYS - the minute you walk in you feel
at home with their warm friendly welcome. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Dr MJ and her team are outstanding ❤️❤️❤️

Finished my braces journey with Dr Eduardo and couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend. The whole experience has been positive and truly life changing. He has listened to my concerns, reassured me where needed and took the time to explain the process throughout. Focusing on functionality aswell as appearance I’m so happy with the result and how I can eat and speak better while my teeth look straight and inline.
Big thankyou to all the staff who are lovely and so helpful, especially Kayleigh and Becca who removed the braces and were friendly and gentle.

Have been here a few times and every time the staff are amazing, warm and welcoming. I often see Emma for general check up and hygienist appointments and she makes sure I feel comfortable. I recently had a few appointments with Eduardo who always welcomes me with a smile and is great to chat to. He has done great with organising my aligners and future appointments. Thank you Emma, Eduardo and Andreea during today’s appointment 💪

A fabulous place with fabulous people ! Recently had some tear trough and cheek filler as a model for Dr Mj who was teaching a lovely American doctor. The whole experience was amazing and the treatments look fabulous. Can’t wait to be a model again for Dr Mj !

Had amazing work completed by Eduardo over the last two years in relation to Invisalign. He’s supported me through getting my teeth aligned and couldn’t recommend any better service. Eduardo and Andreea give me very good service, i am very impressed with my teeth how it looks , after put braces for a year!! they teach me how to use retainer after took out braces , and i have some credit to spending for hygiene next appointment that's brilliant!!, can't wait to go back.One more thing Jay at reception was very friendly and helpful would recommend for friends and family .

The best orthodontists in Liverpool! Ana was great through my entire Invisalign journey and her husband who is also an orthodontist here, Eduardo has helped me along the way too. They’re both attentive and lovely. And Andreea is also great and really helpful :)

Be careful who you trust with your dental care.

I had a crown placed at Smileworks in 2022, and unfortunately it has already failed two years later. Before the permanent crown was even placed, the temporary kept falling out repeatedly, leaving my tooth exposed. I raised this at the time but didn’t feel my concerns were taken seriously.

In 2024, a new dentist told me the crown would need replacing, I was shocked as I maintain good dental hygiene. I’ve since had a second opinion, and my current dentist confirmed the crown does not fully cover the tooth and was “done in a funny way, not covering all surface of the tooth,” which explains the breakdown and void.

The clinic has refused any financial contribution toward the replacement, stating the issue falls outside their warranty period. I’m now facing additional costs and stress due to what I believe was substandard dental work. Extremely disappointed with the outcome and lack of accountability.
