I was recently referred to smart clinic by my employer and I was nervous having never been through this process before. The lady I spoke to was amazing and a pleasure to speak to. She put me at ease at every step of the assessment and made sure everything was explained clearly. Thankyou for all your help, the report provided has made staying in work possible and slot more manageable. Service was flawless and so so quick. I had my assessment in the morning and the report was received that evening.

Had an online meeting with Kerry who I had spoken to last year. A previous meeting with another person had failed due to a poor reception ( nobody’s fault just a tech problem) so I was very anxious that this would also fail but thankfully the meeting went ahead. Kerry was very professional but also very caring and supportive putting me at ease so that I felt able to try and share relevant info. I was happy with the report, I felt it gave a fair representation of what we discussed.
