Customer service was excellent. Wine did not meet expectations.
The order and delivery process were absolutely fine with the wine arriving as stated.
The wine whilst being a 0% option was previously rated as a 5*star and while 0% wines are known to be in their infancy and hard to produce, I was expecting more from this offering. Unfortunately it is undrinkable without adding something to mask the taste which defeats the purpose. In my opinion the wine was no more than a 2-star and my search for a decent 0% red continues.
Update 6th June 2025:
On seeing my initial review, Slurp reached out, collected the non used wine and have refunded me for the unopened bottles. They did this in a matter of days. I have updated my experience from a 2-star to a 4-star as their customer focused processes have proven to be excellent. I will definitely seek to use them again in the future based on the quality of their 0% wine offerings (a difficult task I know)!
Many thanks to Shari who dealt with this issue promptly and professionally.

Great customer service!
I mixed the billing and delivery addresses up (it was a present) and when I contacted customer service, they were great. The person I spoke to was really helpful and even rang back to give me an update.
